High View Holiday House is a recently renovated, upper duplex, occupying the top two levels. Its elevated hilltop position affords it spectacular panoramic water views from the multiple living areas and each of the bedrooms. High View’s three bedrooms and two sofa beds can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. The outdoor area is equally impressive, *accessed by stairs separate from the main house* is a beautifully landscaped garden and heated pool for entertaining guests. A serene retreat for relaxation and recreation.
With two viewing balconies to take in the harbour and hinterland vista and a sunroom complete with ping pong table to entertain the kids or bring everyone together for a friendly game. Located in Salamander Bay, High View is a one minute drive to the local shops and is a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay marina and town centre. Several beautiful beaches are within a few minutes drive or short stroll, and the famous Rick Stein restaurant is also a couple of minutes drive away.
The top floor includes a super stylish open plan living area, master bedroom and a generous bathroom with separate powder room. The fully equipped chef's kitchen, spacious dining area and lounge room with large screen TV are all blessed with mesmerising glistening water views. A balcony with BBQ and outdoor lounge is the perfect spot to unwind as you take in the panoramic views. The sublime master bedroom has a king sized bed, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and looks out to treetop water views. The additional king bedroom also features a wall-mounted flat screen TV for your entertainment. The bathroom incorporates a laundry and the separate powder room offers convenience for guests.
The entry level of High View is home to two elegant bedrooms, a large sumptuous living area, deck and games sunroom, all with gorgeous water views, plus a family bathroom. The sun-drenched lounge room has a large screen TV, sofa bed suitable for two children, and opens onto a deck with comfy seating. The sunroom’s ping pong table is sure to provide hours of fun and entertainment for all ages. One dreamy bedroom has a king bed and the other has two single beds — both bedrooms feature wall-mounted flat screen TVs for your enjoyment. The exquisite bathroom includes a freestanding bath.
High View has a double lock up garage, a combo washer/dryer, air-conditioning and free WiFi.
High View is newly renovated and has all new luxurious furnishings and decor, which are in perfect harmony with the seaside location and create a feeling of relaxed sophistication.
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows for 6 guests.

Our 4 day stay was lovely and relaxing house was beautiful maintained..But only thing is the bed sheets and pillows smelling realllly bad they need to wash these each time they book for new people for there holiday they need super washing cause smelt very very bad! The house itself was beautiful, but check-in was a mess. The security latch was across the door, and the garage remote didn’t work. When we got in, the house hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. After contacting Stay Port Stephen’s, they sent a cleaner right away, but the communication was lacking until we complained. They offered a late check-out and refunded our booking fee. As someone in the industry, I’d recommend they ensure properties are cleaned before guest arrival.

Beautiful place with even better views
A beautiful house with stunning water views, the place is very clean and is perfect for a small family or even a couples weekend away. Has a great pool which is heated, good bbq and kitchen with any appliance that you need for breakfast and dinners.
A bit difficult to find when first arriving as it's down a pretty hidden and narrow driveway, so i recommend a smaller car to get there. But other than that minor issue everything else was fantastic
Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway

A Little Piece of Paradise
What an amazing property and we felt so lucky to be able to stay there. It was clean and tidy with all the amenities required and the outlook is spectacular. Our only issue was finding the entrance to the property, advertised as Randall Street but the entrance of Scott Drive is not marked - lucky for nice neighbours who could advise us.
