Kudos to Gaiarooms. Really nice and renovated suites. It had everything we needed. Great location close to all the main attractions in Salamanca. Many thanks to the housekeeper Flor, very helpful and attentive. She even helped us bring the luggage to our suite.

Great property

Very clean property. Simple and detailed instructions for entry. Flexible check-in allowing us 45mins earlier. No elevator. But minimal stairs. Beautiful building. Central to everything. Very walkable. Host was responsive. Room is clean. All the amenities you could need. No AC in May, but had a ceiling fan so we were able to keep cool. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Lo encontramos muy limpio. Ubicación excepcional, en pleno centro, junto a la Plaza Mayor. Lugar tranquilo y buen descanso. Muy bien el baño con muy buena presión de agua en la ducha. Simplemente mencionar que está un poco escaso el menaje de la cocina, depende de lo larga que sea tu estancia y el uso de la cocina que se vaya a ahacer. Acceso muy fácil y cómodo con las llaves electrónicas en el móvil.

Ótima localização e estrutura de apartamento!

Localização maravilhosa, apartamento completamente mobiliado e equipado, tudo novo! Precisei de um travesseiro pra terceira pessoa que estava na reserva e só consegui no dia seguinte, pois já pedi tarde da noite. O sofá que vira sofá cama não era confortável, não recomendo para adultos: colchão repartido de espuma fina e parte dura. E fica mesmo no chão, não tem pés ou estrutura mais alta. Funcionou para poucas noites e criança pequena. Checkin teve que ser feito na recepção de um hotel parceiro, o que achei um transtorno desnecessário, visto que o acesso é todo automatizado e os dados incluídos no cadastro. A localização central também implica em mais ruídos e barulhos, tanto à noite como de manhã cedo, por conta de caminhões de carga que abastecem lojas ali perto, mas nada que tenha nos incomodado muito. O apt sem AC não atrapalhou nossa noite, pois pegamos dias de temperaturas amenas e a janela ficava um pouco aberta para arejar, que foi suficiente! Enfim, valeu o custo benefício, estrutura do apartamento e localização!

El Apartamento está nuevo, bien decorado, silencioso y tiene zona azul al lado para aparcar, además de que está muy céntrico. No pongo 5 estrellas porque el sofá cama no me parece muy adecuado para dormir. Nunca había visto un daifa cama al suelo. Vengo con niños y es solo una noche asiq no es un gran problema. Pero tal no sea lo más apropiado para una persona mayor. Si vienen solo dos personas la Cama principal es perfecta

Instrucciones de recogida de llaves confusas.

El enlace que te facilitan cuando haces el check in on line te lleva a los apartamentos pero primero hay que ir a otro lugar a buscar las llaves digitales. Me hicieron ir indebidamente a otro hotel cargado de maletas y con una niña andando 6 minutos a buscar un número que me anotaron en un papel, algo que pudieron hacer por teléfono y evitarme el engorroso viaje ya que había hecho el check in on line y no viajaban más adultos. Además la sartén no me atreví a usarla.
