I spent days in Salal at a different resort and I decided for a one night extension and my choice was this hotel. As I came by car I found the hotel location on the map for both this and Fanar, unfortunatelly thre was no sighn indicating the hotel reception area and cost me multiple turn and two help from people. Checking out my okay and I was giving a room, although it was big but I did not like the hotel as it was ghost hotel and rarely you can fin people. I took my breakfast with my family in the hotel alone, one egyptian staff was standing very close to us crossing his hand and regularly starring at us, my family and I did not feel welcomed. Couple of hour after my arrival someone knockned the door and dropped a message telling me that I need to leave before 1 pm tommorow. When checking out, I had to carry my luggage my self into the car as there were no staff outside and our luggage left unattended. Please not that the hotel only offer wifi in public area and not inside the room. I have not seen a single person into the pool. I regret staying here and would not book it again
The Juweira Boutique Hotel is 5* plus, I cannot fault the place the rooms restaurant and location are superb. I would go back there in a flash can't say anything against it. Staff are lovely as is everything about the place.
We have been chose this place after readings of reviews. Small hotel, peace, quiet, nice service, good food, very nice pool and beach. All of this we can confirmed in 100%. For the people about 50 the best choice for sunny relax during cold March in Europe.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The regular room was nice and spacious. I had the buffet breakfast and thought it was delicious! I had room service for lunch and it was prompt and tasty. The lady at the front desk was very nice. I did not use the pools but they both looked wonderful. I would like to stay again.
We had a wonderful stay in Juweira Boutique Hotel in Salalah. Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful (and large) rooms, tasty food, and perfect weather. There are very few hotels with a pool, good access to the open ocean AND open water behind the break water without current and without waves. The beach of Juweira is located on the left side of the break water and offers good shade and beach beds for reading and relaxing.
It is similar to DURAT ALAROSS at Saudi Arbia, with many beachs, restraints/cafés, hotels you can select from. Three hotels near to each other with different restaurant S, swimming pools, Spa & Gym . Easily to spend a week to relax out side the city.
The Juweira Boutique Hotel met my expectations for what concern staff attitude and service. The hotel is well distributed and furnished. Standard clean, but what surprised me more was the kindness of the staff especially of Osama at the front desk and Manoj in the restaurant. Thanks to them my stay at the hotel with two teenagers has been even more pleasant and warmly welcomed. They helped to schedule my sightseeings and supported for any needs during dining. I really felt welcomed and treated as and important guest and this is one of the most important feeling that a client needs to receive. The only disappointing thing is the low WI-FI connection that doesn't reach the rooms.
It was a lovely vacation There is nothing we could complain about. Rooms very clean, plenty of choices for the meals and delicious too. food quality was good with different restaurants for various tastes, Our room at a top location, with excellent view on the pool and sea! Staff very friendly. Thousand thanks /alf shukrna/ to Karim Reception for his high Professionalism and kind human attitude. Thanks to all staff Anish and Mukish in restaurant, to housekeeper and to the kitchen for the very delicious food Big thank to all the staff for making our vacation so beautiful and unforgettable. We were so happy in your home. Must repeat. Hello from Germany
It was my first visit to Oman, but surely not the last one.I was travelling extensively all my life -Japan, Indonesia, Canada, one year in California, all Europe, so I know what one can expect for a new place in unknown country.I speak several languages so it is easy to have contacts with the locals.First of all - weather in February is perfect -sunny all day, temperatures 27-30 degrees Celsius, ocean temperature 26, humidity low, no mosquitos, no crowds on the beach. Juweira hotel is excellent for people who want to relax in a nice atmosphere , without crowds of kids running around the hotel, no animaition every evening. the hotel is wery well located-200 meters from the beach - at lagoon or directly on the ocean. Sunbeds are waiting for you at the lagoon at least till 10 AM., you can get towels there, there is also a small bar with drinks and cocktails. If you are to lazy to walk to the beach you can take a shuttle that is waiting at the hotel. There are also two swimming pools by the hotel I dont advice to take bicycles that hotel is sharing with other hotel - unfortunately they are rusty , problems with brakes and so onFood is very good, you can also choose restaurant in nearby hotel free of charge (reservation a day before at the lobby). Service people are waiting for you all day long.At the reception the very special man -Osama which will help you to take a room that fits your expectations and help you to solve problems if you have any. Osama, greetings! Waiters are also very friendly I must give a name of a man that was serving us every day - a special one - Manoj. We are a family from Poland and all speak English it was easy to communicate, but he was trying to speak Polish, which was very nice.Room service is o.k.- just call the reception. What more to say- I will surely go back to Juweira next year. Thanks also to J.P for his hospitality
We spent 2 weeks in February at the Juweira Boutique Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the complete resort which includes the Al Fanar and Rotana. We had a Juweira Room which was large and situated on the ground floor with a view to the pool and beyond the the waterways of the Mariana. it was all very clean! A room on the upper floors would have been preferable for a view of the ocean but all was good as it is. we had a balcony and spent some time before dinner on the balcony reading. We had booked half board and were happy with the food offered. There was also the option of a dine around ie the use of the other restaurants at the hotels in the resort. Unfortunately my husband was ill during the first week but we had a very good doctor checking in on him and after a good dose on antibiotics was able to leave his room after 5 days. the hotel itself has a small beach at the end of the Marina, which is used mainly by the hotel guests. The water there was shallow and good for the young ones. everyone is permitted to use the other beaches as well. The one thing about the South of the OMan - the beaches are great..miles and miles of white soft sand, a lovely ocean, warm water and ideal for long walks. we were able to see dolphins who were swimming up and down the coast. We rented a car for one day and had a great time visiting the area! up the Jebel coming across herds of camels, goats and yes---cows! we had great views of the desert, immense coastline and visited Salalah. you will still find the Orient in Salalah, clean though and quite modern in some ways. The Sultan has put in great transport ways and created a very good infrastructure. highly interesting! The service in the hotel was VERY friendyl! it is not the last time we we have visited the Oman.
