I didnt get helped and lost alot of money. The reservation didnt want me to move my dates and said its non refundable you have to come that date. I asked to pay the difference if i move the date to next month but still not helping so i lost money for nothing

Staffs are very friendly. Hptel's atmosphere is great. However it was very unfortunate that I had to take a shower with water in the morning and night. There is hot water only during day tiem.

The check in and out is smooth. It’s in a good location but the hotel is too old and definitely should be renovated. The pillow is too low to sleep, and it could be with better lighting as well.

Descent place

Nice place but needs a little love, can see it's an old hotel and maintenance lacked a bit over the years. Being in the city core is great to get to restaurants or shopping.

Bad experience

FF&E is really old. The motor of air conditions was very noisy the whole night. Due to the protestors destructed airport so my flight was cancelled and I immediately called the hotel but the receptionist and sales representative showed no sympathy and declined my request to compensate one night even though I proposed to add three more room nights. This hotel provided no service and not considerate and flexible to customer.

The room is terribly dirty, room facilities are old, dirty, dusty and not properly managed. All towels are dirty and unacceptable. Front desk staff are not flexible to requests. I couldn’t get my room even exceeding the standard check-in time due to waiting repairement of the room table. Some facilities are malfunction or broken : room door was occasionally unable to be opened both externally and internally; door paint was seriously peeled off; bath-tub drainage outlet is broken; electrical washing toilet seat was partially malfunction; there are 2 elevators, but 1 of them was completely out of order, the other one had ever been not operating suddenly, so I did not dare to use it anymore. In conclusion, obviously will not recommend this resort to others.
