Beautiful views in quiet neighborhood

The property is in a lively spot but at the top of a steep ramp. Some of the paintwork around the doors would do with a touch up but the kitchen is fairly modern and well equipped. A teapot for English visitors would be appreciated. :-) Notes on recycling and bin days would have been helpful although Laetitia did mention it. Having something written down would have helped. Fresh sheets and towels after the first week of a two week stay should have been standard (we had to ask for them). Lovely garden and birds. Easy access to nearby supermarket and Boulanger's but need a car.

Marvelous house

We had very pleasant stay. The house and location are really good. The house is very well equipped for beach vacation - open shower, pool, veranda with view of the ocean. Working AC, even though one does not really need it - it is breezy up on the hill. Our kids loved the pool. Everything was functional and as advertised. Stoyan

Situation géographique optimale

Villa bien situĂ©e entre Ste-Rose et Deshaies, prĂšs des plages de Clugny, de La perle et de Grande Anse. Épicerie, pizzeria, pharmacie, marchĂ© de fruits et lĂ©gumes Ă  quelques minutes de route. Plusieurs bons restaurants autour, sur les plages (Chez Francine, Madras 2, etc.). La villa est spacieuse, la piscine magnifique, le patio presque entiĂšrement couvert (bien pratique quand il pleut!). La mezzanine ne peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© comme chambre car il fait trop chaud et il n’y a pas d’air climatisĂ© Ă  cet endroit. Deux petites fenĂȘtres assurent une ventilation adĂ©quate, mais ça demeure chaud en soirĂ©e et nuit. Le stationnement peut accueillir 3 petites voitures. Du patio, la vue sur la mer et les environs est spectaculaire. Finalement, bien que la villa soit trĂšs fonctionnelle telle qu’elle, elle aurait besoin d’ĂȘtre mise au goĂ»t du jour car elle se fait vieillissante. En dĂ©finitive, cette villa reprĂ©sente un trĂšs bon choix pour une famille (nous Ă©tions 5 adultes), son prix de location est compĂ©titif (fĂ©vrier 2025) et sa situation gĂ©ographique est parfaite pour quiconque loue une voiture (une obligation, vraiment!).

Superbe vue et maison au top

Laetitia nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire et de la ponctualité. Tres réactive à la moindre demande, professionnelle attentionnée et bienveillante. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et la literie est tres confortable. Ses 2 terrasses ombragées et les nombreux transats au bord de la piscine sont un plus tres appréciable. Vue sur la mer des caraïbes et couchers de soleil en bonus. Je recommande pour tout ceci et pour le calme du lieux.

cette villa aurai besoin d'un petit coup de neuf

Cuisine : petite mais bien aménagée. Deux chambres sur trois trop petites ou lit trop grand. Salle de bains de la chambre parentale avec le WC au pied de la douche ce n'est pas top !!! Clim des chambres bruyante. Placards de la chambre parentale en partie cadenassés et encombrés de choses diverses (décos de noël). Installation électrique surprenante . Il y a des interrupteurs partout et il est difficile de trouver le bon. Prise à coté de la télé surchargée !! Le portail ne fonctionne pas.

MAISON DE REVE POUR VACANCES DE REVE

La villa est conforme à sa description. Elle est vaste et trÚs bien équipée. Nous avons profité de sa magnifique terrasse avec vu sur la mer des caraïbes. Elle est idéalement située pour visiter l'ensemble de l'ile. Le propriétaire (Renaud) réponds à toutes vos questions. TrÚs agréable villa

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa. Vaste, aérée, bien équipée, elle est trÚs bien située sur les hauteurs face à la plage de cluny. La literie est trÚs bonne, la disposition de la maison parfaite pour 2 familles. Les chambres sont vastes. Bref nous reviendrons volontiers et recommanderons.
