A living room with dining room and open kitchen. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets each. Then large terrace with breathtaking views of the port and the bay of Saint-Tropez and the village of Saint-Tropez. Direct access to the port of Marines de Cogolin and its shops.(convenience store, bakery, press, post office and restaurants) Access to the beach is located behind the shops. During July, August and September, a boat shuttle will take you to Saint-Tropez. Friday morning there is a Marines walk in La Galiote, and Tuesday and Saturday morning in Saint-Tropez. There is also a garage

L'annonce précise 3 chambres , ce qui n'est pas le cas . Abritel devrait vérifier la véracité des annonces , c'est UN VRAI MENSONGE !!! La 3ème CHAMBRE est un placard à balais!! Chaleur excessive à l'intérieur où les ventilateurs poussiéreux ne peuvent rafraîchir . Beaucoup de bruit de l'extérieur par manque d'isolation empêche de dormir. Les odeurs des égouts et les moustiques font le reste....POUR vous presser de rentrer chez soi !!! l'appartement est d'une vétusté dangereuse sur l'aspect sécurité de tout ordre , tout d'abord sur le point élèctrique les prises sont à nu des douilles sans ampoule, des fils qui passent et pendent de partout. La " VMC" qui fait du bruit toute la nuit.... Parlons maintenant de la baie vitrée dont la serrure est plus que capricieuse de telle sorte que de guerre lasse nous avons été amené à sortir nous promener en laissant l'appartement ouvert car impossible de fermer...super rassurant pour nos affaires personnelles. Un ensemble très vétuste, caché derrière un meublier bling bling, attrape touriste sur les photos du site. Très peu de matériel de cuisine . Nous en oublions forcément tellement notre colère est grande . C'est la première fois en 40 ans que nous sommes déçus, nous avons toujours fait le choix de séjour dont les tarifs sont au dessus de la moyenne pour avoir un certain standing, là nous n'y sommes pas !! Nous en voulons tant au propriétaire qui nous prend pour des vaches à taire, qu'à l'ABRITEL qui ne vérifie pas !!!!!

Jolie vue, quartier calme sans trop de vie,mais appartement décevant:moisissure au plafond, fil électrique dénudé dans salle de bain , peu de rangement, pas de climatisation(que des ventilateurs pas efficaces, serrure de la porte d’entrée ne ferme pas donc appel au gardien( Marc très compréhensif et efficace).chaises extérieures réparées avec colliers!! et pas de piscine dans la résidence comme mentionnée sur l’annonce. Cerise sur le gâteau prise extérieure sans cache et non fixée qui provoque étincelle quand on branche une lampe.

Bon séjour

Location sympa , bien placée en Marina , vue sur St Tropez et les yachts. Proche restaurant .2 grandes chambres mais avons été surpris de la petite pièce où sont placés les lits superposés, d’ailleurs pas de photo sur le site . Mais dans l’ensemble , la location est bien et complète avec tout le nécessaire .Il reste quelques travaux à effectuer pour la rendre encore plus sympathique.
