I ha d an agreeable stay at St Maxime. I enjoyed the view from the room, the pool area and the park. A nice breakfast and I ha good service at the reception, although i witnessed that some others had not. Great to able to eat breakfast outdoors and to take a drink in the outdoor area in the afternoon.
Beautiful hotel just out if the main town but well within walking distance for the bars and restaurants. The hotel is very clean throughout including the outside pool and terraces. It is well worth a visit. Personally fur myself I felt the menu served in their restaurant was lacking content. The meals we had were lovely but a lamb shank on only a bed of cous-cous was not enough for me and I felt the entree selection was not good value for money. However the starter was a different matter. We had the salad and it was wonderful. The desserts too were of ample size. Overall apart from the entrees the meals were great. Staff were very welcoming and attentive to anything your asked for. Will definitely stay here again in the future
Beautiful surroundings, well kept hotel with very nice staff. Decent room, quite small but comfortable and classy. If you have a poolside room the view is absolutely stunning! Very close to the beach. The food however was not so good. Breakfast was mediocre and the lunchmenu was dreadful. All together I would recommend this hotel, we had an awesome stay!
A short walk from the beach, this hotel is located in a beautiful botanical garden. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was relatively far from the lobby which offered a quiet setting and breathtaking views of the garden. The room itself was quite small but clean and very functional. The property offers ample parking. We only used the pool one morning as we explored the region's beaches for most of our stay. We did not eat at the restaurant as they were not serving outside when we visited in May. Overall, a great find and excellent value for a Cote D'Azur Hotel.
We had lovely time in the hotel. They serve excellent breakfast, lovely service, amazing location. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable ,nice swimming pool in and out. Highly recommend. Five stars 👍
We stayed for two nights in April 2017. Friendly , welcoming staff. Great location, very close to the beach, clean modern rooms, large and very comfortable bed. Only 15 min drive to Saint Tropez. Good size outdoor swimming pool. It also have the indoor one for colder days. Would recomend to anyone. I will definitley come back.
The bedroom was awfully hot despite the fact that the external temperature was fresh (9-10 degrees celsius) and it was impossible to sleep well. The A/C system was not working or if it had been poorly adjusted by us, there was no instruction to explain how to use it.
Price very competetive for resort, book a room with balcony and pool side view, this provides a lovely view. staff were very helpful and friendly and hotel had a nice feel do it albeit a bit dated but quaint. We went out of season so may be a bit more manic in peak period but was very relaxing. Food was dreadful avoid at all costs, inside pool too small , outside one freezing in later season. Nonetheless, had a great stay here despite flaws given price .Takes 20 mins to walk into town so if unfit would be a problem as taxis are scarcse/expensive.
Found this room on Booking.com, it was such a good price I very unsure what the rooms would be like, but they were excellent. Lovely grounds (see photo). Great pool (water quite cold), so used the indoor pool. I would return again if I was in the area. The young gentleman on the front desk was very nice, and spoke excellent English. Great service. Good parking outside the room. Only complaint would be that there is no lift near our room where we parked, I had to drag my heavy suitcase up the stairs. There was a lift in the foyer which we could have used, but a long way from our park and our room.
Just returned from 4 wonderful relaxing days at this lovely hotel. Service was excellent and very accommodating. Staff were charming and helpful. Large clean and fresh outside pool. Additional inside pool with health suite. We had a seaside view on 2nd floor which gave us excellent views across the bay to Saint Tropez. Grounds are pretty and back onto beautiful Botanical Gardens from which there is a short walk down to the beach. Hotel les Jardins is extremely affordable for it's location and amenities. I will definitely book there again.
