For your holidays, this beautiful villa with a pool is available for rent for 8 people, close to the town center and the beach in Sainte Maxime.
It consists on the garden level of a living room with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms including one children's room with bunk beds, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, and 1 WC. On the upper floor, you will find 1 beautiful bedroom with a shower room and WC. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. The pool (4.5 x 9 m, depth 1.85m) can be heated (max 27°C) upon request and as an option.
The property is secured with an alarm system, and there is a pool house with a plancha and barbecue by the pool. A pétanque court is available. The garden and villa are very pleasant.
There is parking for 2 cars.

Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen is provided.
Final cleaning is in addition, priced at €150.
The security deposit upon arrival is €2000.
