Beautiful location

Lovely villa in a gorgeous setting. It really only sleeps 10 adults and 4 children though. It really should be air conditioned throughout and there was a bit of an ant issue. The pool was fantastic and the adult rooms were lovely. Having chairs on the balcony’s would have been a bonus. You couldn’t use the umberellas around the pool in a slight breeze and shade really was essential. We would definitely stay there again. Missing the views already.

Wunderschönes Anwesend, was leider nach einigen Jahren bisschen mehr Pflege und Restaurierung braucht. Für uns persönlich war es sehr mangelhaft, dass keine Fliegengitter funktionierte. Wenn die repariert sind, kommen wir gerne wieder :-)

Mycket fint och välfungerande hus till alla delar.

Läget mycket bra, bra utrustning . Mycket trevlig ägare som mötte upp vid både inflyttning och utflyttning. Kan rekommenderas som ett perfekt sommarhus att hyra.

Privatsphäre und Platz an einem guten Ort...

Ein guter Pool, eine unschlagbare Aussicht und genügend Platz. Restaurants und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Meine Familie besteht aus 4 Personen und wir konnten eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre genießen. Einige Dinge sind nicht positiv, wie der Straßenlärm, der ziemlich laut ist, und der Verkehr wird durch die Staus ziemlich erschwert (Ausgehen mit dem Auto ist Geduldssache). Mehrere Glühbirnen im Haus fehlen oder sind beschädigt, die Handtücher sind etwas alt und die Bettwäsche-Sets sind sehr begrenzt. Im Allgemeinen ist das Haus gepflegt und die Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Praktisch alle Böden im Haus sind aus Marmor, was ihm ein luxuriöses Gefühl verleiht und es etwas kühler macht. Es gibt genügend Platz um mehrere Autos zu parken, die Pflanzen und der Pool sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tipps: Bringen Sie einen guten Mückenschutz mit, es gibt viele Ameisen, daher müssen Sie mit Ihrem Essen vorsichtig sein.

Endroit magnifique....mais bruyant Potentiel extraordinaire, mais vieillot car télés encore avec décodeurs de chaine, électros ménagés même état, linge de maison, à part quelques serviettes, beaucoup servi, des fourmis à chaque réveille, plaque gaz HS pas de gaz, commande de portail et autres fonction HS, clim pas dans toute la maison comme indiqué, voir même compliqué dans deux chambres et d'autres petites imperfections, voila pour les choses négatives. Piscine, génial et super bien entretenu, idem pour la partie jardin, proximités de tous commerces et autres, cadre et environnement à coupé le souffle, maison fonctionnelle bien isolé quand tout fermé, agréable et convivial pour famille et proche. Séjour très agréable pour l'ensemble de mes proches et moi même, à refaire avec quelques petits travaux et aménagements sans soucis.

La plus belle vue du golf

Maison très imposante au style unique a la sortie de Ste Maxime sur la Croisette. Très agréable car naturellement fraîche même l’été avec le marbre. La maison est très bien équipée avec 1 salle de bain et 1 dressing par chambre. Piscine à débordement, douche à jets, sauna la maison est à elle même un spa. Les propriétaires très sympa vous accueilleront et vous feront sentir comme chez vous. Vraiment très agréable.

Fantastic Villa with a breathtaking view over the bay and St. Tropez

We very much enjoyed our stay in this villa. We spent two weeks a a family of 4 and had lots of joy with the great pool , the fantastic view and the villa itself . Very friendly landloards , responded always very fast And helpful to every request. Can absolutely recommend and will definitely come back
