Our agency, specializing in seasonal rentals and established in Sainte Maxime for 4 generations, offers this lovely terraced house for rent, accommodating 6 people, located in a residence with a pool near the large Nartelle beaches.
This air-conditioned house consists of a spacious living room opening onto a covered terrace, a very well-equipped kitchen, and a WC on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which open onto a terrace, a bathroom with a WC, a shower room, and an independent WC.
Wi-Fi (fiber). Parking available in the residence.
This recent, comfortable, and very pleasant villa features a garden of about 75 m², not enclosed, and bordered by a hedge. The pool is shared by the 6 villas in the residence.
Pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and clean.
Bed linen is optional (number of people to be specified).
Final cleaning is an additional 75 €.
The security deposit to be paid upon arrival is 1500 €.
Tourist taxes are extra (amount varies based on the duration, rental price, and the number of people over 18 staying in the property).
