Schönes Apartment, schlechte Agentur

Agentur Sa und So geschlossen. Nur ein Schlüssel für 2 Personen. Keine persönliche Einweisung. Apartment schön gelegen, gut eingerichtet. Aber Bad und WC ohne Entlüftung, keine Müllbeutel. Viel Autoverkehr vor der Tür, aber nachts ruhig. Vor Abreise soll Mieter Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Schlüssel, Mappe zur Agentur transportieren, die erst ab 9:00 geöffnet ist. Eine Zumutung. Trotz Anruf und Bitte, Bettwäsche in Ap. lassen zu dürfen, bestand Chef Agentur darauf. Haben wir nicht gemacht. Nachmittags telefonische Entschuldigung von Interhome Deutschland.
