This beautifully presented apartment provides an excellent base for a carefree holiday and comfortably sleeps six guests. This is an ideal holiday home-away-from-home, peacefully situated less than a 5-minute drive from three excellent beaches, a private terrace, and a garden.

The property’s spacious open-plan living room benefits from three floor-to-ceiling glass doors that fill the area with natural light and open onto the outside space. Stylishly furnished with a sofa bed, a Smart TV and a dining table with four chairs, the living area also incorporates a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with; a coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The garden enjoys a shady table with four chairs and provides the ideal spot to relax with an aperitif after a busy day exploring.

Appartement très récent et bien équipé, par contre bémol sur l'extérieur, le sol c'est de la terre/sable noir très salissant, aucune vue, et le passage de l'entrée de la résidence se fait devant le rez-de-jardin. De plus, le jardinet est infesté de rat qui sortent tous les soirs.La résidence est en cascade donc il y a des appartements en dessous malgré que ce soit un rdc. De plus, l'appartement est loué pour 6 mais seulement 4 places pour manger dedans, c'est décevant au vu de l'extérieur. On a en plus subi une grosse panne électrique bloquant toute la domotique de l'appartement dont la clim ainsi que, plus grave le portail de la résidence. Nous étions tous bloqués à l'intérieur sans solution pour sortir de la résidence... aucune aide ne nous a été apportée par l'agence de location. Nous avons été bloqués sans clim plusieurs heures et avons du nous même appelé la société de dépannage du portail qui n'a pas daignée se déplacer le jour même. Bref décevant.

Wohnung war sehr schön, modern und neu; ebenso das gesamte Haus. Check in lief problemlos. Zu beanstanden ist aber, dass - obwohl im Angebot ein Pool ausgewiesen wurde - ein solcher in der Anlage nicht vorhanden ist.
