La localisation et la maison en elle-même sont un énorme plus! On peut faire pleins de choses à pied ( restaurants. Petites courses, plage et piscine) la maison est très bien agencée et nous avions tous ce qu’il nous fallait à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur pour passer un excellent séjour. Un lit en 160cm serait un plus mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un excellent séjour chez Françoise. Nous reviendrons très certainement, de plus la propriétaire est adorable.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Nähe zum Meer war uns sehr wichtig und man ist in 5 Minuten dort. Das Haus befindet sich in einem geschlossenen Areal mit ein paar weiteren Häusern, die sich den großen Pool teilen. Die Kommunikation war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Es hat alles super geklappt. Nach St. Maxime sind es 15 Autominuten und nach Port Grimaud ist es mit dem Auto ca 1 Stunde. Schräg gegenüber dem Anwesen hat es ein kleines Restaurant welches unglaublich tolles Essen zubereitet. Nicht zu unterschätzen ist der Club in der Nähe welcher gelegentlich recht laut ist. Alles in allem war es für uns ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une maison très confortable

Location bien placée par rapport à la plage, avec une surface commerciale à proximité. La résidence est sécurisée et très conviviale. Nos adolescents ont bien profité de la piscine. Nous avons trouvé la maison bien agencée, très confortable et le jardin rafraichissant !

Fijn vakantiehuis op toplocatie

We hebben genoten van de grote tuin en de locatie dicht bij strand en zwembad. Slaapkamers prima, de keukenuitrusting en de badkamer kunnen wel een upgrade gebruiken. Wij werden twee keer per dag getrakteerd op een half uurtje muziek van de animatie van het nabijgelegen complex.

Geräumiges Haus mit allem was man braucht, Grill und schöner Garten. In jeder Beziehunh sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Betten, ruhige Lage, nahe beim Strand. Sehr gute (telefonische) Kommunikation mit der netten Besitzerin. Gerne wieder einmal 👍!

La maison correspond tout à fait à l’annonce et à nos attentes. Logement calme et bien situé, idéal géographiquement. L’accueil a été parfait en tout point et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour qui nous a paru trop court. Les conseils donnés avant le départ nous ont également beaucoup servi. Bref, très bonnes vacances !!

"Le jardin est remarquablement entretenu, dommage qu'il soit situé en face d'un village de vacances où les estivants pratiquent l'aquagym en musique (tonitruante). Une rivière borde le jardin : attention aux jeunes enfants. L'électroménager est vieillot voire hors service. La propreté des lieux laissent à désirer : cheveux dans la douche, sols sales, frigo douteux."
