Nous n'avons eu aucun contact avec l'hôte. N'a pas répondu à l'appel d'abritel pour préparer notre arrivée.Plusieurs points negatifs : l'appartement etait glacial et il a fallu 2 jours pour le réchauffer. Fenetres anciennes simple vitrage. Climatisation reversible bruyante sutout dans la chambre, meme à l'arrêt. Pas de Vmc dans les toilettes, ni la salle de bain. Pas de couette chaude d'hiver. Housse de couette trop courte ! (2mx2m poour un lit 160 ) Pas de micro-onde.Aucun produit menager relais, ni café, ni sel, etc. Points positifs : appartement tres propre, sobre, bien décoré, avec beaucoup d'ustensiles et appareils de qualité, lit tres confortable, belle vue. Calme, car nous etions seul lors de notre sejour. Cet appartement est adapté pour un sejour en belle saison, en hiver, il n'a que peu d'intérêt.

Quiet location close to town with amazing views.

Highly recommend this place. Very friendly and accommodating hosts The house is fully renovated and modern. Comfortable beds and lots of wardrobe space in the bedroom and sitting / dining area. Kitchen very well equipped.Lots of different areas to sit, relax and enjoy. The view from the pool area is amazing. Short walk to Sainte Maxime waterfront, shops and restaurants.

Rundum glücklich!

Wir haben zu zweit ein wunderschönes Appartement bewohnt mit angenehm dezenter mediterraner Einrichtung. Die hochwertige Ausstattung im Bad, Schlafzimmer und der Wohnküche lassen keine Wünsche offen: Zwei verschiedene Kaffeemaschine (Filter und Kapsel), deutscher Markenbackofen und Spülmaschine, mehr als ausreichendes Besteck und Geschirr. Die sehr bequemen Boxspringbetten sind weit über dem französischen oder deutschen Standard einer Ferienwohnung. Der Einbaukleiderschrank bietet viel (!) Platz für 2 Personen. Von der großen Terrasse mit Pool hat man einen malerischen Blick auf die Bucht von Saint Tropez. Der Pool ist ebenso wie das gesamte Anwesen sehr gepflegt. Fußläufig ist der Ort Sainte Maxime in 15 Minuten zu erreichen und mit dem Fährboot (Bateau Vert) kann man von dort bequem nach Saint Tropez übersetzen. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Das ist savoir vivre, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in wunderschönem Haus in Sainte Maxime mit Pool und Meerblick

Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in einer Traumlage am Hang oberhalb des Zentrums von Sainte Maxime. Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus, man kann aber das Zentrum von Sainte- Maxime auch problemlos zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichen und ist nicht auf das Auto angewiesen. Das Haus wurde von den Eigentümern aufwendig und sehr geschmackvoll umgebaut und verfügt über 4 Appartements und eine große Terrasse mit Swimmingpool und wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Saint-Tropez. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz auch wenn alle Appartements belegt sind. Die Appartements sind alle sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Alle Appartements haben neue Küchen mit allen Geräten, die man benötigt. Die Bädern sind sehr schön mit großer begehbarer Dusche. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll und sehr durchdacht. Es fehlt an nichts und auch an Dinge wie ausreichende Kleiderbügel, genügend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser in top Qualität haben die Eigentümer gedacht. Auch die Betten sind sehr hochwertig und man schläft wunderbar. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht. Man merkt in der gesamten Anlage, wieviel Herzblut von den Eigentümern in den Umbau und die Einrichtung investiert wurde und das Ergebnis spricht für sich. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Appartement in mooi gelegen vakantiehuis

De accomodatie is één van de 4 appartementen die deel uitmaken van een ruime en mooi gelegen villa. Het appartement is pas vernieuwd en biedt alle comfort. Het uitzicht vanuit de villa is fenomenaal, met kijk op de Golf van Saint-Tropez en de heuvels in het binnenland. Enige minpuntje is dat we de villa deelden met 2 families met 4 jonge kinderen. Daardoor was het gebruik van het gemeenschappelijke zwembad niet altijd even rustig.
