The villa is situated in the Sémaphore district – the most sought-after part of Sainte Maxime – and offers an exceptional panoramic sea view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
The villa is located only 15 minutes’ walk from the city’s centre that offers a large variety of shopping options, restaurants and children’s activities as well as a marina (where you may try a delightful shuttle boat trip to Saint Tropez). Apart from being a seaside resort, Sainte Maxime also offers you a relaxing day out where you can also play golf or tennis.
The villa is furnished with four bedrooms - with large, high-quality double beds - as well as three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer lovely sea views and direct access to the pool area, while the two other bedrooms offer direct access to private, self-contained terraces – one of them with partial ocean view.
The villa has two large living rooms. One of them is high-ceilinged, furnished with a large dining table for 10 persons and offering access to the villa’s lower terrace, while the other living room with a beautiful view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez provides a sofa arrangement and a ‘cinema’ as well as access to the villa’s upper terrace and the pool area.
Mornings you may enjoy your coffee or tea and breakfast on the lower terrace of the villa that offers direct access to the kitchen and opportunity for seating in the shade. Evenings you may choose to dine on the upper terrace of the villa – near the pool and with a splendid view to the lights in Saint Tropez. This terrace offers an independent outdoor kitchen with two grills, a pizza oven and a washbasin (you can freely use this if you want).

The villa was fantastic - better than the photos! Really well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The rooms were immaculate and the beds really comfortable. We were a family of adult couples and the layout allowed for plenty of space for everyone to do their thing. Jacob was very responsive before our stay and Sandrine, the villa manager, was so helpful and friendly. The local area was vibrant and welcoming, with plenty to do, so was a great base to get out and explore. The pool wasn't heated, but the weather was fab so it didn't matter. Views from all terraces were stunning. We highly recommend this villa and would love to come and stay again

An amazing 2 week stay at Villa Suzanne. The property is correctly portrayed by the description / detail. The property is well appointed - everything you could want for in a kitchen in terms of utensils and services. Clean and beautifully presented throughout. Lovely views from the pool across the bay. Walk in to town is about 25 minutes. Sandrine the property manager was knowledgeable and friendly, and very helpful. No English tv channels. A very relaxing 2 weeks. Thank you Jacob

Beautiful View!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa with an amazing view of the Gulf of St. Tropez. We were welcomed by a wonderful hostess who gave us a tour and informed us about the Villa. Sainte Maxime is a lovely town. We enjoyed our two week stay- and hope to return again.

We had a great time - house was perfect for 4 couples, pool, outdoor grilling, view, close to town!
A great and relaxing time. Plenty of space in the house. Lovely pool with views of the Mediterranean. Our routine became breakfast and lunch on the lower patio off the kitchen, dinner of whatever caught our fancy at the local market, eaten by the pool. A wonderfully relaxing time.

Fantastisk fin villa med nydelig utsikt!
Vi var 8 voksne som for første gang besøkte St.Maxime, en liten og trivelig by! Vi ble tatt godt imot av Sandrine som var veldig hyggelig og tilgjengelig. Villaen manglet absolutt ingen ting. Det var over snitt veldig godt utstyrt med alt vi hadde behov for. Nydelig bassengområde som vi benyttet hver dag, rent og fint basseng og soverom med aircondition. også god plass for frokostspising ute i skyggen. Også uteplassen ved grillen ble benyttet til fine kveldsmåltider. Alt ialt terningkast 10! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Vacances de rêve dans un lieu paradisiaque, cette maison est très bien agencée, tout est prévu pour que nous nous sentions chez nous. Les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques et toujours à l'écoute,

Schönes Haus leider ohne Sonnenschirme
Leider gab es keine Sonnenschirme und die Markise ist nicht grosss genug, dass sich 4 Personen im Schatten an den Pool legen können. Der Aussengrill durfte nicht benutzt werden, was die Nutzung des Aussenbereiches zusätzlich eingeschränkt hat.
Die Sicht vom Pool aus ist wunderschön, die Einrichtung des Hauses ist geschmackvoll mit einer sehr guten Küchenaussattung.

Modernes Haus, viel Komfort und toller Ausblick
Wir haben wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Alles ist neu, modern und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Es gibt viel Platz und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bucht von Saint Tropez. Der Pool ist neu und wird regelmäßig gereinigt, es gibt genügend Liegen und andere Outdoor-Möbel. Internet ist richtig schnell. Die Küche ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir können das schöne Haus und Jacob als Vermieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La vue est exceptionnelle et les différentes terrasses permettent de profiter au mieux de la maison. Tout était réuni pour passer d'agréables vacances, sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux et sympathique.
