Très bon séjour, bon accueil. La maison est conforme à l'annonce, beau jardin entretenu. La route en contrebas est passagère mais nous nous sommes habitués.

Grande maison agréable dans un cadre verdoyant et calme malgré la route en contre-bas. Les pièces sont grandes et la terrasse spacieuse permet de profiter de l'extérieur sans souffrir de la chaleur. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

un bon séjour en martinique

pour résumé j'ai passé un bon séjour en martinique,bien acceuillie par la propriétaire super gentille qui n'a pas hésité a m'aidé ayant un probleme de telephone a mon arrivé,quelque fruit mon été offert avec du jus de fruit et le petit déjeuner aussi.une villa situé en campagne situé dans les hauteurs de st marie a environ 5 - 10 mn du centre et 45 mn - 1h de fort de france la capitale.selon les saisons vous aurez accès a quelques arbres fruitier dans le jardin,mangue,avocat,noix de coco,prune de cythere ,fruit a pain.une villa toute équipé avec une cuisinière plus récente qu'indiqué dans certain commentaire avant,rien a dire de négatif.des travaux sur la colline d'en face pendant mon séjour qui ne devront pas durée infiniment vu l'avancé des travaux et n'ont pas été plus dérangent que sa.je recommande cette villa pour ceux qui aime la faune et la flore,plein d'oiseaux peuvent etre observé,il y a la foret de la reculé pas loin aussi.bon séjour au prochain vacancier et n'oublier pas la crème solaire :)

Des plus mais aussi des moins

Une grande maison avec deux chambres, une grande salle de séjour et une terrasse spacieuse mais une situation dans un lieu dit isolé et en réalité éloigné de Sainte-Marie. Une route passagère en contrebas. La cuisine dispose d'un réfrigérateur et d'un grand congélateur. En revanche une cuisinière à gaz particulièrement vétuste, très abimée. L'ensemble de la cuisine est peu engageant. Absence de détecteur de fumée. Un accueil de la propriétaire surprenant, expéditif, bien peu chaleureux, et éloigné de la bienvenue habituelle des martiniquais.
