It offers 8 suites, including 3 air-conditioned rooms, and a bright south-facing living area that opens onto a lush garden with over 3,500 flowers and a swimming pool.
Wellness Area for Total Relaxation:
Spa, hammam, jacuzzi, cold bath, changing room, and showers.
Also available: a private cinema room.
The main living area features a panoramic lounge with glass walls overlooking the pool and beautifully illuminated vertical gardens.

Amazing house
A stunning villa located close to the beach and to a nice little village, very friendly owner and easy checking/out process. We had a wonderful family vacation in Jean-Pierreâs house. The pictures donât even represent how gorgeous the house is. The house is very well equipped especially the kitchen which is very practical for a large group. Would definitely rent this house again. Merci Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

Une villa impressionnante oĂč chaque membre de notre grande famille a trouvĂ© son compte
Nous avons reçu un trĂšs bel accueil du propriĂ©taire dans cette magnifique villa qui propose des Ă©quipements rarement trouvĂ©s dans des locations de vacance. Elle nous a surtout permis de nous retrouver Ă presque 25 sans ĂȘtre les uns sur les autres (grĂące Ă la location en plus d'un studio mitoyen) et avec beaucoup de rythmes de vie diffĂ©rents. Sa taille en fait aussi un agrĂ©able refuge loin de la foule de l'Ăźle de RĂ©. Nous avons eu la chance d'en profiter pendant une semaine de soleil mais de toute Ă©vidence elle doit permettre de supporter aisĂ©ment une semaine de pluie! Son principal problĂšme est peut-ĂȘtre de ne pas inciter Ă aller explorer l'Ăźle tant on y est bien.
Un grand merci aussi à Sophie et à sa disponibilité pendant tout le séjour qui nous a aidé à nous sentir à l'aise dans cet espace parfois un peu démesuré mais auquel on prend vite goût!
