Wonderful holiday!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house for one week in late August/September. It was everything and more that we hoped for! The house has been restored and renovated by the owners with so much apparent love and attention to detail, it's a true delight. The comfortable beds and modern amenities, including a whirlpool, made relaxing even easier. The outdoors/patio area, with a barbecue, is a wonderful spot to enjoy leisurely dinners, or a glass of wine and a book. Not even a minute's walk away is a pleasant little square with bicycle hire shops, a restaurant, a cafe, fishmonger, hairdresser and stationary shop. The beach is only 5 minutes away on a bicycle, likewise a supermarket and pharmacy. The owner made us feel very welcome upon arrival and furnished us with lots of information about the island; communication was easy and pleasant. As we came by car, she sorted out free parking for us as well. We would gladly return to this little paradise tomorrow!!

Prachtige woning in een rustige straat, dichtbij het centrum (bakker, beenhouwer, restaurants). Voorzien van alle nutsvoorzieningen. Binnentuin (koer) met teppanyakiplaat op gas. Zalige vakantie gehad!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und zentral direkt neben dem Markt in Ste. Marie De Re, die Ausstattung ist gut, wir hatten in der Küche alle Utensilien, die man als Familie braucht. Nachteil: im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, in dem viel Kunstgewerbe herumsteht und auf der Terrasse gibt es tagsüber keine direkte Sonne. Die kleine Terrasse ist zugewachsen, dies mag einigen Mietern gefallen, uns war es zu dunkel und ungepflegt. Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind toll und großzügig, das Bad ist sehr gut ausgestattet (mit Whirlpool). Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und hatten eine gute Zeit auf der Ile de Re. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass wir die vorhandenen Fahrräder in der Garage hätten benutzen dürfen, dies hat die Vermieterin aber nicht zugelassen. Für unsere gemieteten Fahrräder war kaum genügend Platz in der vollgestellten Garage.

La maison de Virginie et Serge est très belle et très agréable avec une décoration marine soigneusement ajoutée. Les chambres sont parfaites ainsi que la salle de bain. L’espace extérieur est très bien ombragée et très agréable avec des vignes , rosiers, Agapanthus, Laurier rose …La maison est très bien placée, au calme et à proximité des petits commerces, le marché tous les matins et la plage tout près.Virginie et Serge sont des hôtes très sympathique et très disponible.Nous avons passé un excellente semaine à l’Ile de Ré.Merci Claire

Charmante maison idéalement située

La maison de Virginie et Serge est absolument charmante, accueillante et respire les vacances. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Tout est prévu pour les familles et c’est très appréciable ! La place des tilleuls juste à côté à pied est très pratique pour le quotidien.

L'aout principal de ce logement est certainement son espace intérieur (la terrasse extérieure est étroite et très ombragée) que nous avons beaucoup apprécié avec de nombreux équipements et une décoration à la fois familiale et authentique, garantissant un séjour en toute sérénité, à deux pas de la place principale de St Marie de Ré. A souligner, la simplicité des échanges avec nos hôtes et la rapidité de leur intervention lorsque nécessaire.

A deux pas du centre de la Noue et très proche de la mer

La maison de Virginie et Serge est parfaite. Trois chambres à coucher à l étage, salon et cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger en bas. La terrasse ombragée est très agréable en été. Le parking gratuit est à 5/10 minutes à pied. Le marché (à deux pas) se déroule tous les matins. Huîtres, légumes frais excellents. Merci encore.

Beaucoup de charme et de bon goût Rétois au sein de cette jolie maison de village. Une atmosphère et une décoration dans laquelle on se sent de suite très à l'aise.Maison très fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. Le calme tout en ayant la proximité de petits commerces sont de véritables atouts. Accueil très sympathique et grande disponibilité de la propriétaire des lieux. Un w.e très réussi, à refaire !

Une seule envie... Revenir!

Une très jolie semaine au sein de cette petite maison tout équipée et si joliment décorée. Des roses trémières à l'entrée, un garage pour accueillir les vélos, une petite terrasse pour savourer le calme du quartier, des petits commerces, la place du marché à 2 minutes à pied... Et les plages préservées ... encore sauvages. Merci à Virginie pour son accueil, ses conseils, trucs et astuces pour savourer pleinement tous les charmes de l'île! On n'a qu'une envie.... Revenir!
