Traumhafte Villa mit schönem Pool in ungestörter Lage. Wir waren hier wunschlos glĂŒcklich und könne die Villa als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Entdeckungsreisen in den SĂŒden Korsikas wĂ€rmstens weiter empfehlen. PS: Eventuell wĂ€re noch ein Wasserkocher in der KĂŒche ein i TĂŒpfelchen ;-)Vielen Dank an Marc fĂŒr alles.

Una vacanza splendida! La struttura ù davvero molto bella e curata nei dettagli, con una confortevole piscina dotata di luci di diversi colori da poter accendere la sera e godersi un bagno cromoterapico.Marc e’ stato molto gentile e ci ha accolti calorosamente.I nostri due cani si sono trovati benissimo, dato che la casa ù circondata anche da un terreno privato.Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, nella quale torneremo già il prossimo anno.

Nous avons passĂ© agrĂ©able sĂ©jour d'une semaine dans cette belle villa . Nous Ă©tions 5 amis et nous avons profitĂ© de la piscine chauffĂ©e le matin de bonne heure et le soir aprĂšs nos excursions, excellente dĂ©tente aprĂšs la journĂ©e.La maison est trĂšs cosy, de trĂšs belles chambres bien grandes avec salles de bain individuelles, le rĂȘve .... et surtout ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable le linge de lit et de bain fournis. Maison propre oĂč vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Celle-ci se situe dans un Ă©crin de verdure un peu Ă©loignĂ©e de la route et les bruits sont discrets. En voiture, vous ĂȘtes Ă  3 Kms des plages superbes de Pinarellu et commerces de proximitĂ©. Le propriĂ©taire Marc est une personne trĂšs sympathique et disponible.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Die Unterkunft war sauber und komfortabel. Der Pool ist beheizt, was fĂŒr unseren Herbsturlaub ein echter Vorteil war. Die Kids fanden den Pool Spitzenklasse. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und zweisprachig. Die kleine BĂ€ckerei in der NĂ€he verkĂ€uft die besten Croissant die wir jemals gegessen haben. Fazit: Ein rundum Entspannter Herbsturlaub. Vielen Dank an Herrn Arrighi fĂŒr die schöne Ferienwoche.

Great for relaxing.

We spent over a week in the house and could really relax. The house was quiet, clean and we had everything we needed (kitchen, washing machine etc.). We spent most of our time at the pool. The location is not directly by the sea but you are completely alone and undisturbed. You can be by the sea or at a large supermarket in five minutes. The owner Marc was very helpful and easy going. It was definitely our best accommodation on our trip through Corsica.

Lovely house with pool

We had a fantastic stay in the house. Communication with owner was very good with quick response. The pool and house is in a very good condition, very recommendable. Only the minutes walking distance to the beach is not correct, it is a up and down road of approx 3,5 Kilometers. We had bikes, which was no problem. Parking at Pirellu beach is also for free with easy access to the beach (turn to the right side of the bay when you follow the road down to the beach.

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr bequem fĂŒr unsere Familie gewesen. Der Pflegezustand und die Sauberkeit des Hauses waren zufriedenstellend. Alle rĂ€ume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus hat einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. Die Aussenanlage im Bereich der Pool ist sehr schön. Das GrundstĂŒck ist sehr naturbelassen mit sehr vielen BĂ€umen und Pflanzen. Im hinteren Bereich hat man praktisch einen kleinen Wald. Das Haus liegt an der Straße mit direkter Anbindung zum Meer (ca. 8 min mit dem Auto). StraßenlĂ€rm wird nicht stark wahrgenommen. Der Strand Pinarellu ist traumhaft.

Das direkt an einer sehr stark befahren Strasse stehenden Haus machte auf uns zunĂ€chst einen tollen Eindruck. Wirklich ein sehr schönes Haus. Leider mussten wir ziemlich schnell feststellen, daß hier wohl nach Auszug der Vormieter nur eine mĂ€ĂŸige bis keine wirkliche Reinigung stattgefunden hat. Unter den Tischsets am Tisch lagen BrotkrĂŒmel und sogar eine Pille. Neben der Waschmaschine lagen offen Reste von Tiernahrung, im Reserveschrank sĂ€mtliche abgelaufene Lebensmittel. Am nĂ€chsten Tag stellten wir fest, daß zwei unserer gebuchten Hauptkriterien nicht ĂŒbereinstimmten. Die zu Fuss erreichbare NĂ€he zum Strand. In der Beschreibungen mit 12 Minuten angegebenen. Wir brachen nach 30 Minuten ab. Auch die Hundefreundlichkeit mit eingezĂ€untem GrundstĂŒck einsprach nicht der RealitĂ€t. Unser Hund konnte sich nicht sicher und frei bewegen. Weiter stellten wir am selber Tag massiven BaulĂ€rm fest welcher sich ĂŒber den ganzen Urlaub zog. Alle Probleme ĂŒbermittelten wir zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ dem Vermieter und an FEWO direkt in Bild und Ton welche uns auf eine EntschĂ€digung hin trösteten. Nach mehreren Mailkontakten und Telefonaten einigten wir uns bei Zahlung nach Auszug obwohl wir gerne gleich den Zustand klĂ€ren wollten. Nach Auszug wurde uns vom Vermieter gesagt, wir mĂŒssten erst eine Positive Bewertung abgeben um die Erstattung zu erhalten. Auch nach einem weiteren Telefonat mit FEWO konnte uns hier auf einmal keiner weiterhelfen und ein Mitarbeiter erklĂ€rte uns, es hĂ€tte noch schlimmer sein können.
