Bas de Villa for rent in Ste Luce, 3 Rivières area (500m from the 3 Rivières Rums) including:
3 air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with mosquito nets, each with a 140cm bed, 1 lounge with TV, internet and telephone (reception only), an American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, etc.), a bathroom with Italian shower , a bathroom and separate WC. A magnificent terrace perfectly ventilated and lit will be your living room on which you will take all your meals in the shade of the palm trees which decorate the small private garden in the company of hummingbirds.
MABOUYAS beach (900m (15 mins walk), a supermarket 200m (grocery, bread, newspapers, tobacco and PMU), a small fishing port where you can buy fresh fish and lobster 300m. Restaurants are nearby and the village of Ste Luce 5 minutes by car.
Sheets, hand towels and bath sheets are provided (2 sets per room).
The price of 650 € is for 1 week in high season (January, February, July and August). 550 € the other months.
Allow 100 € for the person who will welcome you zt will do the cleaning

Bas de villa très pratique et bien située

AGREABLE SEJOUR
