Cancelled 5 days before travelling!

We received a phone call 5 days before travelling from SkiPlanet to say that they would have to cancel our booking as there had been a technical issue, this turned out to be that they had misbooked our booking. We then had 4 days to sort something else out via another company as they couldn’t offer us accommodation in the same resort and as we were travelling independently we had already booked our lift passes and ski hire etc.
