Gite Moya - Sainte-colombe

Located on the heights of the Castillon - Côtes de Bordeaux vineyard, in the heart of a wine estate, the Château Moya gîte boasts a delightful view of the surrounding countryside and vineyards. During your stay, you'll enjoy a spacious wooded plot, garden furniture with a table and four chairs, four deckchairs, and a parasol. This 120 m² stone house, completely renovated, features a spacious veranda with a fireplace. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large dining/living room (sofa bed) with a television, fireplace, and a toilet. Fiber optic internet access is available. Upstairs, there's a master bedroom (one queen-size bed) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. Garage with washing machine and dryer accessible from the outside and from the kitchen via a staircase. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens are included in the price, along with a cleaning fee. For use of the sofa bed, a supplement of €25 per person will be charged. Gas heating is available at an additional cost. It's possible to taste the estate's wines and visit the owner's other vineyard in Fronsac. One pet is allowed.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.
