Very nice and comfortable villa + 2 appartments in a large tropical garden with 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, a terrace and a swimming pool.
Very well equiped, this house and the appartment can welcome 8 to 16 people.
There is a private parking on the property.

Bella très agréable avec piscine sécurisée, idéal pour enfant et bébé.

Située à côté du centre de Sainte-Anne, la villa reste proche des commerces et de la mer. Adulte : belle vue dégagée, piscine très accessible et jardin soigné, climatisation dans toutes les chambres, propriétaire disponible et agréable, villa calme au fond d'une impasse Enfant et bébé : la villa dispose d'un lit parapluie pour bébé et de 2 matelas simple, piscine piscine entièrement sécurisée et visible depuis la cuisine et terrasse. Prévoir un réhausseur pour mettre bébé car pas de chaise haute. Accès aux deux appartements sous la villa sécurisé également.
