SĂ©jour de 2 nuits dans cet appartement en R-1 (et non villa). LES - : ‱ Pas de parking mais un espace sur accotement de route pouvant accueillir 2 voitures (pas plus, et 1 voiture autorisĂ©e par logement au nombre de 2) ‱ Logement pour 4 personnes avec Ă©ventuellement 1 enfant (mon ado a mal dormi sur le petit clic-clac, bien que neuf) ‱ Absence de clartĂ© de l’annonce quand Ă  la disposition et le type de logement (appartement mitoyen en R-1 d’une villa occupĂ©e par la proprio) ‱ Exposition plein soleil l’aprĂšs-midi sans climatiseur (1 ventilateur sur pied dispo). ‱ Fonctionnement de la climatisation uniquement entre 19h30 et 6h (environ) ‱ ProblĂšme de fermeture de la porte d’entrĂ©e (nous n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© informĂ©) ‱ Lavabo bouchĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (nous n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© informĂ©), dĂ©bouchĂ© par nos soins. LES CHOSES À RAJOUTER au logement pour une meilleure expĂ©rience : porte savon de douche, porte clĂ©s Ă  suspendre Ă  l’entrĂ©e, dĂ©co murale pour plus de chaleur, Ă©ponge Ă  vaisselle propre, essoreuse Ă  salade, et un peu de charbon pour dĂ©marrer un BBC.
