About this property

Spacious one-bedroom apartment with a panoramic terrace and ocean view, pool, near beaches

We offer two air-conditioned apartments (a large T1 and a T2) for rent in the superb Melody residence, with terraces overlooking the sea (decreasing rates from the 2nd week).

OUR T1 APARTMENT of 31 m2 is located on the 2nd floor. Composed of a living room with double bed and cot, a kitchen-dining room terrace and a bathroom, it can comfortably accommodate a couple with baby.

By having your breakfast and meals on the terraces of these apartments, you will enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the entire southern coast of Martinique, from the Bay of Marin to the Diamond Rock.
Each apartment has a private parking space located within the grounds of the residence, and you can enjoy the swimming pool overlooking the sea.

Beautiful beaches nearby: from the residence, you can easily access the most beautiful beaches of Martinique on foot or by car: Sainte-Anne, Les Salines, Anse Meunier, Anse Trabaud, Cap Chevalier etc...
You can choose your beach according to your criteria: a beach with a very gentle slope and sheltered from the wind and waves (Sainte-Anne), a beach in the shade of coconut trees (Salines), a wild and unpopular beach (Anse Meunier), a beach under the trade winds on the Atlantic Ocean side (Anse Trabaud, Cap Chevalier).

Hiking in Martinique: Martinique has many hiking trails in the mountains or along the coast. Hiking guides and IGN maps are available in our apartments.
You can leave directly from our residence to follow the Trace des Caps which runs along the entire coast of the Sainte-Anne peninsula via the various beaches mentioned above. These hiking trails are perfectly suited for a morning jog or for bird watching in the ponds of Les Salines.

The village of Sainte-Anne is one of the most picturesque in Martinique. It has many small shops, a daily market and a fish market with local fishermen.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Amazing apartment!

We had an amazing time at the Melody apartment! The view was stunning, the location was perfect, close to the beach and the center of St. Anne. Sabine & Yannick were very friendly and sent us all the information. We had everything we needed, the apartment was clean and we enjoyed every second! Before we left, we could just put the key into the letter box, which was very comfortable. Thank you for everything!
