Cottage restored, adjoining the owners' second home with terrace and land. In a beautiful countryside setting and a view overlooking the Lotois landscape. Close to the city of Saint-Céré and thus the chasm of Padirac , remarkable and picturesque villages such as Carennac , Loubressac not to mention the famous Rocamadour, the caves of Presques , the castles of Montal and Castelnaux . ALL CHARGES INCLUDED (heating, electricity, water and wood) On the ground floor, living room - dining room - equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed 1.40m, cot and the other with 2 beds 0.90m), bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet and storage room. Baby equipment (bed, high chair, bath). Central heating oil, fireplace. Outside, enclosed grounds and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Sheets, towels, end of stay cleaning optional.
