All charges are included, except heating from November 1st to April 30th. You have a large enclosed courtyard of 150 m², a garden of 100 m², as well as land around the gîte, ideal for lovers of nature and peace. Roanne is 20 minutes away. Exceptional viewpoint for this house, located on a panoramic site with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The pretty village of St-Victor, with its river and shops, is 1.5 km away. You can also enjoy the landscaped Lac des Sapins, 15 km away (water sports, nature, children's activities, etc.).
