Timber-frame construction is an ecological and economical construction: low CO2 emissions, 12 times more insulating than concrete, making it a warm and welcoming home. Nothing has been left to chance for your comfort and to minimize the impact of this activity on the planet; materials and heating methods have been carefully chosen with an eco-responsible approach in mind. The house benefits from a gravelled courtyard at the front where cars can be parked and an enclosed lawned garden at the rear. From the cottage, you will easily reach the hiking trails on site, including the famous GR86 Toulouse Luchon, which passes 1 km away. For walking and fishing, Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières Lake is 5 km away. A swimming pool and shops are located in Saint-Lys, 7 km away.
