Excellent séjour
Malgré une météo moyenne, nous avons pu découvrir la région de Royan ; la localisation du gîte à Saint Sulpice de Royan est très intéressante.
Par ailleurs le gîte très contemporain est aussi très fonctionnel.
La piscine chauffée a bien sûr fait le bonheur de mes petits enfants.
Une adresse "incontournable" à retenir.

La maison est tres spacieuse, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une semaine en famille avec des enfants en bas age

Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants de 5 et 3 ans et nos parents.
Maison moderne, superbe et pratique
Avec piscine (chauffée, c est un vrai plus)
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
Fabrice , le propriétaire s est montré disponible en répondant à toutes nos questions et ses recommandations étaient toutes de valeur .

Notre meilleure location de vacances !!!
Beaucoup de confort dans cette très jolie maison moderne, très fonctionnelle avec ses beaux volumes. Très propre, magnifique pièce de vie, 4 grandes chambres, un bureau et 2 belles SDB, située dans un quartier au fond d'une impasse, très calme de jour comme de nuit. Et que dire de la terrasse, du coin apéro et de la piscine chauffée, de la cuisine d'été...bref une magnifique adresse pour de très belles vacances. Merci à Fabrice pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Aucune hésitation pour y retourner!!!

Une maison au top !
Une maison très fidèle a la description et aux photos. Les équipements sont confortables,les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses et avec de multiples rangements.
L'espace de vie est très agréable, il y a une superbe cuisine et le salon est connecté a l'espace extérieur grâce aux belles baies vitrées... La piscine est magnifique, le coin plancha est idéal pour les barbecues au soleil !!!Le tout dans un environnement très calme. Pour finir la communication avec Fabrice le propriétaire fut rapide, simple et efficace !!! Nous recommandons vivement.
