Bon séjour malgré quelques ratés

Bon séjour à Saint-Sorlin d'Arves, mais accueil dérisoire de la part de l'agence de location Ski Planet! Aucune explication sur les modalités d'arrivée et de départ. On nous donne les clés et débrouillez vous! Aucun inventaire est fait à l'arrivée et au départ! On nous vend l'appartement avec terrasse ou balcon selon photos, alors que la taille est minuscule, et on ne peut pas manger sur le balcon, et ce n'est pas préciser. Et aucune précision sur le fait que le jaccuzzi était fermé. Il faut en plus traverser la réception pour aller à la piscine....c'est pas top...! Les communs des bâtiments sont vraiment très sales!! Et le pire de tout! La largeur des toilettes entre le lavabo et le mur ne fait que 54 cm!!! Autant vous dire que si une personne est un peu forte, voir obèse, elle ne peut pas aller aux toilettes!! (Photos à l'appui pour preuve!). C'est inadmissible!! Enfin pour finir, on nous indique deux chambres, alors qu'il y a une chambre et une mezzanine à 3 lits. Il faut que les personnes qui sont dans la chambre traversent la mezzanine pour aller aux toilettes la nuit!!! En famille, ça passe encore, mais si on est en couple, imaginez le dérangement!! Les matelas sont déplorables, et le parquet craque énormément au moindre pas!! Bref, beaucoup de choses à revoir!!!
