Vers la Rivière - Yoga gîte

Located in the small town of Saint Seurin sur l'Isle, about 24 km from Saint Emilion, 56 km from Bordeaux, our gîte is housed in a recently restored Arcachon-style house. It is ideally located a few steps from the river, a Romanesque church and a green setting and close to all the town's amenities. Many activities will be at your disposal: hiking trails starting from the gîte, Moulin de Porchères 700 meters away, within a Natura 2000 certified area, with quality catering in summer, entertainment and cycling on the river, canoeing and kayaking base 200 meters away, beach 400 meters away and supervised from summer to autumn. Every Sunday morning you can also enjoy the vast Saint Seurin market. You'll have a south-facing front terrace, a second one at the rear to the north, and a dining area to the east. From the moment you enter, you'll be captivated by the refined decor. The interior features a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room with a dining area and lounge with a video projector allowing you to enjoy a large-format image (same use as a TV), and two bedrooms: the "Signature" room, truly immersed in the forest, with a 180x200 cm bed that can be converted into two 90 cm beds; the "Bateau Fleur" room, decorated in pink and floral, has a 160x200 cm bed that can be converted into two 80 cm beds. Adjustable lighting is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are available in a locker room. Electric car charging stations are available in the Media Library parking lot (50 m) and in the village center (300 m), where all the shops are located. Free public parking is available in front of the house if you wish to enjoy the full garden space. More than just a bed and breakfast, our accommodation is also a place where you can practice yoga and relaxation for a truly wellness retreat. You'll receive a complimentary relaxation session per stay. Customized yoga classes are available for one to four people. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a dining table.
