Vers la Rivière - Yoga gîte

Located in the small town of Saint Seurin sur l'Isle, approximately 24 km from Saint Emilion and 56 km from Bordeaux, our gîte is housed in a recently restored Arcachon-style building. It features a south-facing terrace at the front, a second terrace at the rear facing north, and a dining area to the east. From the moment you enter, you will be captivated by the refined décor. The interior comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room with a dining area and a lounge equipped with a video projector for enjoying a large-screen image (similar to a TV), and two bedrooms: the "Signature" room, a true forest immersion with a 180x200 cm bed that can be converted into two 90 cm beds; and the "Flower Boat" room, decorated in pink and floral style, with a 160x200 cm bed that can be converted into two 80 cm beds. Adjustable lighting is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are located in a cloakroom. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available for a fee. Electric heating is charged separately. Any electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day will also be billed, based on the meter reading. You will be staying in a house that stays cool in the summer, even during periods of intense heat, and which has additional electric ventilation units on site if needed. An electric vehicle charging station is available in the library parking lot (50 m) and in the village center (300 m), where all the shops are located. Free public parking is available opposite the house if you wish to enjoy the entire garden. More than just a holiday home, our accommodation is also a place where you can practice yoga and relaxation for a true wellness stay. One relaxation session is included per stay. Customized yoga classes are available for 1 to 4 people. The cottage is ideally located just steps from the river, a Romanesque church, and a verdant setting, and close to all the town's amenities. Numerous activities are within easy reach: hiking trails starting right from the cottage; the Moulin de Porchères (Porchères Mill) 700 meters away, within a Natura 2000 protected area, offering restaurant service, entertainment, and river cycling during the warmer months; a canoe and kayak center 200 meters away; riverside and forest walks 50 meters away; and Lake Gurson, 15 minutes away, offering supervised swimming in the summer, as well as swimming lessons and canoe and paddleboard rentals. Every Sunday morning, you can also enjoy the large market in Saint Seurin. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, a daily allowance of 8 kWh of electricity.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a dining table.
