A laundry room (washing machine and dryer) is accessible from the outside. Upstairs: two bedrooms, each sleeping four (two bunk beds and two single beds 90x190cm), and two bedrooms with double beds 140x190cm, two shower rooms, and two separate WCs. Wi-Fi is available on the ground floor only. Baby equipment is provided (travel cot, changing table with integrated baby bath, high chair). Electric heating is included. Bed linen and towels are provided. Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. Large private parking area in front of the house. In the heart of the village of La Rondehaye, a delegated commune of St Sauveur Villages, the former presbytery, dating from 1742, is now a comfortable holiday home. With its 12 beds, it's perfect for family gatherings. It has the charm of an old house and offers spacious rooms. A pleasant southwest-facing terrace overlooks a large enclosed garden where children can play freely without parental supervision! A pleasant walk is possible along the stream below. (Bakery 200m away. Doctor, pharmacy, restaurant, takeaway, local market in St Sauveur Lendelin, 2km away).
