Located in Saint-Thibault-sur-Loire, in the commune of Saint-Satur at the foot of Sancerre, the property offers a peaceful setting facing the Loire, in the heart of a 5,000 m² wooded park.



Spacious and welcoming, the house features a large 70 m² living room with an open fireplace, perfect for gathering, and an adjoining dining room that comfortably seats all guests. The 7 charming bedrooms—6 with en-suite bathrooms—accommodate up to 15 people with 11 beds. Baby equipment is available on request.



Outside, a large southwest-facing terrace allows you to enjoy sunny days and barbecues in a bucolic environment.
