Petite house "Gîte Le Chai" with shared pool, Wi-Fi and air conditioning

Nestled in a large park away from other houses, Gîte Le Chai accommodates up to 5 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bright living area combines lounge and dining space. Reversible air conditioning ensures comfort year-round. The property has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor accessible to wheelchairs. A private terrace offers peaceful garden views. There are two bedrooms: a family room (wheelchair accessible) with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), and a double room with a queen-size bed (160 cm). Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, Le Chai provides an idyllic setting for a memorable family getaway.

Enjoy the shared saltwater pool, children’s play area, pétanque court, and large terrace with barbecue and plancha at the Logis cottages in Saint-Romain-de-Benet. You have access to a games room, table tennis, foosball, and a 5,500 m² garden. The entire property is shared with the owners and three cottages.



In the village center, you’ll find a bakery, butcher, and bar-tabac. Saujon is 7 minutes away, Royan and Saintes are 15 minutes away. A supermarket is 7 minutes away.



Parking is 140 m away. Bed linen, tea towels, basic products, and groceries are provided on arrival. Beds made, towels, grocery delivery, and cleaning are available for an extra charge.



Arrival between 5 pm and 7 pm, departure at 10 am. Late check-out possible for an extra charge. Parties and bachelor/bachelorette events are not allowed. Owners on site.
