Convenience location

Very good location which is just a min walk to the nearby train station. The room is large enough for a couple. However the underground parking is quite challenging unless you have a small car.

Happy to find this hotel very convenient to train & bus transportation but very nice at a great price. Friendly & helpful staff. Elevator, nice lobby, bar and then a comfortable room that was clean. Perfect one-night stay to visit Versailles. Appreciate the secure luggage storage. Huge shopping centre one block away.

If you are driving (car), It is very convenient, since you have Versalies Palace at 5min and you can pivot to Trocadero Square (Eiffel Tower) in 25-30min. WARNING: Consider traffic of the morning, because those 25-30min DOUBLE.

Great place to stay

This hotel is literally steps from the train and buses. I wish every property we stay at was this convenient to transport. It’s a very clean and comfortable room. Our only problem was being locked out a couple times. The daytime person would disappear into some back kitchen space and be gone for 10 minutes or more and the automatic door wouldn’t open. Loved the small fridge in the room. It was a pleasant experience to be here.

Le chauffage est resté à fond (réglé sur 25-30 degrés) et malgré cela, il ne faisait pas très chaud. Il doit y avoir un souci avec les Thermostats . Cependant il m’a été proposé d’ajouter un chauffage d’appoint :) Le groom de la porte (chambre 502) est cassé, elle claque (fort) systématiquement. Petit déjeuner bien trop cher par rapport au service proposé

Bonjour Je suis déçue , il fait froid ds la chambre, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas non plus, la réceptionniste est au courant mais n’a pas bougée , j’ai du jeter ma nourriture, il ya de la poussière sur le socle de la lampe halogène, pour le prix payé prochainement j’irai ailleurs. Hôtel très agréable Chambre confortable et propre Les personnes de l’accueil sont extrêmement professionnelles et agréable. Quelques petites remarques ou idées d’améliorations néanmoins : - Le mitigeur dans la douche devrait être remplacé par un thermostatique car l’eau change de température brutalement tout le temps, c’est désagréable car ça brûle (2 séjours, 2 fois le même problème) - Dans la douche, il y a du shampoing et du conditionner mais pas de gel douche, celui-ci se trouve vers les lavabos, ce n’est pas super pratique - Pas de miroir grossissant pour se maquiller dans la salle de bain, ce n’est pas pratique car les lavabos sont profond, difficile de se rapprocher pour se maquiller
