Very nice neat and charming villa in the heart of the Golf de l'Esterel

The property is located in the Golf de l'Esterel area, 5 km from the beaches and the bay of Saint Raphaël. It is a very pleasant house offering a good level of service located in a dead end secured by an automatic gate. It is very bright and offers a beautiful outdoor living space. The garden is maintained all year round. The whole property is extremely relaxing for a holiday on the French Riviera.
The living room opens onto the terrace through three bays. Well equipped and personalized, it is very bright. It has a dining area. The kitchen, very well equipped, opens onto the outside with a small shaded terrace. A cellar with laundry machines is located on this level. The 4 bedrooms are on one level and are located in one wing of the villa. Two open onto a terrace and each has a bathroom. Two main bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning. The swimming pool with an overflow lurks in the heart of a beautiful lawn which slightly overlooks the wild gardens of the estate. It is a beautiful house for rent.

Villa with beautiful garden, equipped with a lot of luxury

We really enjoyed our week in this nice comfortable house. It is very homely and cozy in a luxurious way. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of luxury appliances, so good to cook delicious. The owner and contactpersons are really friendly and helpful and helped us with questions about the area or practical questions about the equipment. The garden is really beautiful. Outside is a covered seating where we enjoyed the garden and the view. The pool is nice and clean and large enough, but f we wanted to swim laps we could also use the communal pool. This communal pool was next to this house. In the beginning I was afraid about the noise of the communal pool, but this wasn't a problem at all.

Wir waren zum 4 mal in der Villa, weil es uns als Gesamtpaket gefällt: Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, schöne Villa und Pool. Geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung, alles sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und Verwalter ist sehr freundlich. Der WLAN Empfang ist auch im Garten vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Garten ist ein Grill vorhanden. Wir können es nur empfehlen, und würden die Villa wieder buchen.

Saint Raphaël/Valescure encore

Nous avions réservé la villa pour la 3ème fois, les raisons, propriétaire très sympa, très bel emplacement, très belle maison, décoration très joliment et avec goût, très propre, très belle grande piscine, le calme le soir et le gardien très sympa prend entretien du jardin et de la piscine. Si l'occasion se présente, nous réserverons à nouveau la villa à un moment donné.

Saint Raphaël est toujours beau

Cela fait de nombreuses années que nous venons à Saint-Raphaël et à Fréjus pour les vacances d'été. L'emplacement de la villa dans le golf est très agréable et calme. La maison se trouve dans une rue privée fermée, vous vous sentez donc très en sécurité. A proximité, en voiture 3min. il y a de bons commerces, supermarché, boulangerie avec de très bons gâteaux, boucherie, caviste, etc. La maison est meublée avec beaucoup de goût, la piscine et le jardin sont très bien entretenus, car ils sont travaillés tous les jours. Cela nous a tellement plu que nous sommes dans la villa pour la deuxième fois. Les raisons : Belle villa très propre, grande piscine, endroit calme, mais à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de Saint Raphaël, de Fréjus à la plage. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis par le propriétaire. La villa est nettoyée une fois par semaine. La communication avec le propriétaire et le gardien est très bonne. Ce furent encore des vacances agréables et reposantes. Nous avons été très satisfaits. Nous réserverons certainement à nouveau la villa.

Tolles Haus mit super Pool und Garten!

Durch die vielen und schönen Pinienbäume erhält das Anwesen Schatten im Garten. Das ist sehr angenehm, vor allem im Sommer. Für unsere Kinder war der Rasen rund um den Pool toll. Man konnte noch Badminton oder Frisbee spielen. Der Pool ist toll, er verläuft schräg in der Tiefe. Super für Kinder und für Erwachsene. Auch zum Tauchen geeignet. Das Haus mit dem Bungalow Stil ist sehr schön. Im Haus ist es angenehm kühl. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für alles. Super ist auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine und Trockner hat. Man kann toll Velo fahren rund ums Haus und in der Region. Ich würde das Haus jedem weiter empfehlen. Zu den Stränden muss man allerdings mit dem Auto fahren. Natürlich kann man auch mit dem Velo zum Strand fahren. Die Stränder sind aber nicht in umittelbarer Nähe.

Wir haben diesem schönen Haus unseren Familienurlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön angerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Haus ist sehr sehr sauber. Der Garten bietet die Gelegenheit für Erholung bis in die späten Abendstunden. Die Geräusche von Pool nebenan waren zwar wahrnehmbar, aber nicht laut und sie haben uns nicht gestört. Das Haus liegt im grünen inmitten der Golfplätze, der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Wir hatten sehr nette Kontaktpersonen, die sich um alles gekümmert haben.
