Air-conditioned studio apartment with west-facing windows and a sea view from the balcony. It includes an entrance with a single bed, a living room with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room with toilet, and a balcony with outdoor furniture.

Nouvel an à st raphaël

Petit studio 25 M2 Résidence "LES CEDRES" 100 m. de la plage, mais en retrait de la route, vue sur la mer du balcon/terrasse et à 300 m. du centre ville, de la gare et des commerçants; - emplacement : TRES BIEN. - Confort et propreté : BIEN - Accueil : TRES BIEN. Un petit bémol : trop de casseroles, de poëles, tire-bouchons et autres "trucs" qui encombrent inutilement.
