Offering stunning sea views, Studio La Palmeraie is located in the bay of Agay in Saint-Raphaël and is independent from the owner's house. Set on a landscaped property of about 1600 m², this 25 m² accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a balcony, and can accommodate 2 people and a baby. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The studio features a private covered terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Both stairs and an elevator provide easy access. A remotely controlled mosquito box reduces their presence within a 60-meter radius. You can enjoy a heated pool (11 m x 4.40 m) with UV-treated water, as well as a garden in the landscaped outdoor area. The pool is closed from October 20th to the end of April. A parking space is available on the property. One small pet is allowed (no large dogs). Smoking indoors and organizing events is prohibited.
