This refurbished studio is located in the Cap Esterel holiday complex, which blends harmoniously into the surroundings. With two single beds, a kitchenette and dining area, and a separate shower room, this studio combines Mediterranean architecture with an unobtrusive interior design. Guests can relax on the spacious covered patio or in deckchairs in the small garden. Although located at ground level, sunshine can permeate the studio until late in the evening.

The Cap Esterel holiday village is located in Agay, a commune of Saint Raphaël which lies between Saint Tropez and Cannes. It is set in 210 hectares of private, car-free grounds between the sea and the Esterel massif.

Surrounded by the red rocks of the Massif de l'Esterel and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Agay’s exceptional location in the heart of the Côte d'Azur makes it the ideal holiday destination to soak up both the sun and nature.

The Cap Esterel holiday village is actually a real village with its own town centre, open spaces, and small houses typical of the south of France. Life revolves around the central square, which is lined with bars, shops, and restaurants. This is also the site of the weekly Wednesday market, as well as a stage for evening performances and concerts.

Within only five minutes on foot from the studio, guests can find diverse shops, boutiques, and restaurants.

There are more than 40 activities on offer in the holiday village, which include golf courses (9 holes), tennis (15 courts), archery, flying trapeze, buggy, quad bike, equestrian centre, and spa.
