"Le Village (E1 309)" is a 3-room maisonette of 39 m2 spread across 2 floors, welcoming up to a maximum of 6 guests and featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main floor, you will find a bright and comfortably furnished living room equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a fan. The living room opens directly onto a south-facing terrace of 12 m2, complete with terrace furniture and offering a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the swimming pool. A sleeping alcove on this level accommodates 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that this sleeping area is located in an open-plan space rather than an enclosed bedroom. The main floor also includes a shower room and a separate WC. On the upper floor, a private room features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, its own air conditioning unit, and direct access to a south-facing balcony of 4 m2 with the same stunning panoramic views.
