We stayed here for 4 nights and had the most amazing time. The room was very well appointed and the view out to the sea was stunning. We were made very welcome by the staff on our arrival. During our stay we ate at the restaurant for one dinner which was an incredible experience - a lovely fusion of tastes and beautiful prepared and presented. I braved the swimming pool one day, despite it being November! The gardens had many comfortable loungers set out in lots of sun-traps - a lovely way to unwind and really relax.
Our elopement took place at this quiet beautiful boutique hotel. Stating the service as impeccable is an understatement. Louise at the front desk was one of the highlights of our trip. For having a romantic ceremony at the hotel- having her reassurance and help at all times was more than comforting. I can't forget the restaurant, the food, the atmosphere was all equally magical. I will always cherish my experience here and hope to come back for an anniversary! Thank you a million La Villa Mauresque, you were a dream come true.
Thank you Louise for your wonderful welcome to your place you really make the difference from others hotels. Room and parc everything is so beautiful and clean. We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast but it looks delicious 😋. À bientôt
this is one of the places that is so good, i would like to keep from others to have it just for me...:-), but of course this should be shared. la villa mauresque is one of the nicest places i have ever been to, and for sure it is one of those with the best locations in the mediteranean sea. directly by the sea, 180c sea view, lots of nice little places to relax in the beautiful garden and great service. staff is very flexible and friendly. our room was very beautiful, nicely equipped and well looked after - i couldn't think of a better place to stay!
Imagine the price remaining the same! Facilities as ever, service wonderful, food imaginative, enjoyment indeed. Family group of two couples this time. We shall no doubt return. View spectacular, welcome sincere, handbag chairs remain.
With a magnificent wide terrace overlooking a small bay, this is the perfect intimate boutique hotel - a true hideaway for the ultimate relax. So please do not tell anyone !! The rooms are luxuriously appointed with rainforest showers etc. Ours had an outdoor jacuzzi à deux. There are two small pools, a spa and various secluded spots to relax and read. The food in the main restaurant - breakfast and dinner - is superb with spectacular views out to sea. And there is also a small bar which serves drinks and a light lunch. The staff are a complete delight. Nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately, prices are high but heaven comes at a price.
My husband and I have just returned from a mini weekend break to La Villa Mauresque to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. I had no idea where we were going as it was a surprise booked by my husband and needless to say I was not disappointed at all. The location really is beautiful - the views are absolutely stunning. The facilities are superb - two pools, lovely gardens, a couple of jacuzzis, plenty of places to sunbathe or sit. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is a bar where you can order drinks and food during the day - we had an amazing tapas selection for lunch one day and the strawberry mojito cocktails are lovely. In the evening, we ate at the Le Bougainvillier restaurant, the food is some of the most delicious food we have ever eaten, and is beautifully presented. For breakfast, there is a buffet containing a wide variety of food ranging from scrambled eggs to cold meats, fruit and pastries. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished and came with lovely little touches such as little bottles of toiletries, dressing gowns, a fruit bowl and a Nespresso coffee machine to name some. We both felt so relaxed there and absolutely cannot recommend La Villa Mauresque highly enough. We are hoping to return for either my husband's 50th birthday or our 25th wedding anniversary.
Good location. Nice views. The villa itself is not so big but very cosy. The standard rooms are tiny, the suites are ok. Small but nice grounds. Small pool with jacuzzis and cabanas. No beach but the hotel provides a boat for 180 euro per hour, if I remember right, so you can visit islands and beaches around. Very good restaurant with good quality food and wines.
Location is fantastic being situated on large quiet waterfront site with nice gardens, two pools, jacuzzi and lots of areas to sit without being on top of other guests . Nice walks along the rocks to several restaurants and yet only a short drive to Saint Raphael where there's plenty of action. Rooms vary from small to larger suites what we thought quite expensive. Although staff are very friendly and obliging more attention to detail Is required.Overall very good.
My husband and I originally wanted to stay only one night, but having shown the hotel and the grounds, we couldn't resist it and decided to stay for longer. We were shown the room we booked but aalthough it was beautiful it was on a small side, the lady quickly organised to show us a suite right on top which we agreed to take at a very fractional higher price. The suite was so romantic, it had a balcony with a jacuzzi, sun lounges, table, sofa and the view was amazing! The place is full of jacuzzis and sun beds, yet one had a feeling you were one of the few guests in the hotel. The dinner was fantastic! It is always a good sign when I get offered a special chair for my hand bag! Top class service. We had such a good rest there,. The hotel offers kayaks and small boats free of charge. It has a small beach, but there are so many other places near by, that is not an issue. The grounds of the hotel are stunning. Two swimming pools, one heated, paplms everywhere. Just go and book it. It is a special treat!
