Located on the ground floor of the residence "Le Village (C4 008)", this vacation rental offers a well-organized 2-room apartment of 28 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 5 guests across 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living room is furnished with 1 pull-out bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm, providing a comfortable sleeping solution for additional guests, and features a flat screen TV as well as air conditioning for year-round comfort. From the living room, you have direct access to both the terrace and the patio. The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own air conditioning unit, also with direct exit to the terrace and the patio. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the apartment layout and is equipped with 3 hot plates, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, ensuring practicality and privacy for all guests.
