- An open and equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator + freezer, 4-burner induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave) with high table and stools,
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed,
- A bathroom with toilet.

An enclosed garden of about 25m² with furniture exposed SOUTH completes this property with a second enclosed garden of 400m².

La presqu’île est un endroit merveilleux pour se ressourcer… la location au calme et proche de la côte sauvage parfaite pour deux Pour améliorer le confort un lave linge aurait été le bien venu ainsi qu’un petit barbecue et surtout un équipement matériel de cuisine un peu plus conséquent afin de pouvoir cuisiner.. des axes d’amélioration … nous avons passé malgré cela une excellente semaine sous le soleil 🌞
