Fantastic location and beautiful modern house

Excellent hosts. Made us very welcome. The stay was wonderful because all the facilities in the house were easily accessible. Modern premises with everything new, clean and functional of a very high standard. Wifi was fast and tv could access Netflix and Amazon etc A very high standard indeed and I will definitely return.

A delightful, modern, well equipped house in a quiet and convenient location

Kerpi was a spacious, modern, light, airy, really well equipped house and the terrace and garden were practical for the children and outside meals. It was well located, being only a 15 min walk to St. Pierre and a short drive to Quiberon. There was a lovely beach very near and loads of others not far away to explore. With a dishwasher, washing machine and a good hot water supply for showers it was very convenient. There was also a separate downstairs toilet which is not mentioned in the description, but was very welcome particularly with small children in the party. Despite some days of hot weather over 25 degrees the sliding doors and electric window blinds kept the temperatures at a reasonable level. The open metal stairs were a little noisy and with the open plan design of the house we had to be a bit careful of noise in the morning and bedtime, but even with 1, 4 and 5 year old grandchildren this was not really a problem. In all Kerpi was a wonderful house for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Nous avons passĂ©s une semaine de vacances en famille pour les fĂȘtes de noĂ«l. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© enchantĂ©s par la maison Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces et de la mer. Dans la maison rien ne manque, tout est trĂšs bien Ă©tudiĂ© pour des vacances en famille avec un trĂšs bĂȘl extĂ©rieur. Bref un lieu magique pour passer des belles vacances. Séjour à 3 familles avec enfants en bas ùge dans la maison de Pierre et Sylvie. Maison idéale pour ce type de séjour. Espaces et salles de bain parfaitement adaptés pour respecter l'intimité de chaque famille. Grand espaces communs parfaits pour la vie en communauté. Situation de la maison idéale pour profiter de la plage, du club de voile, des commerçants de Saint-Pierre et découvrir la presqu'ßle à vélo. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

Super séjour

Nous avons passĂ© une merveilleuse semaine Ă  Quiberon. La mĂ©tĂ©o et la maison y ont contribuĂ©. La maison est spacieuse trĂšs lumineuse, Ă©quipĂ©e avec de l'Ă©lectromĂ©nager de qualitĂ©. La literie est Ă©galement de qualitĂ©, exceptĂ© peut-ĂȘtre le clic clac du 1er Ă©tage. Les 3 salles d'eau sont les bienvenues pour 12 personnes. On profite de La terrasse extĂ©rieure du matin au soir au soleil. Les petites attentions, comme les plaids dans le salon, les conseils du propriĂ©taire concernant les sorties possibles, ont Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©es. Tout est bien pensĂ©, le robinet extĂ©rieur pour rincer le matĂ©riel de plage par exemple, la cabane de jardin, pour entreposer les vĂ©los. Le tout dans un environnement calme et trĂšs proche de la plage. Bref une semaine au top.

tolle Lage, modernes Haus

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist ideal fĂŒr Familien. Der kleine Ort St. Pierre ist in 5 Min. mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und die Übergabe problemlos. Gerne wieder M. + W. Wambach

Villa rĂ©cente, vaste et confortable, prĂšs de l'OcĂ©an, cĂŽtĂ© baie, correspondant bien au descriptif du site. Un bĂ©mol: escaliers dangereux pour de jeunes enfants. Quelques suggestions: les locataires apprĂ©cieraient de trouver des tapis de douche, des porte-savons dans les douches, du papier WC dans toutes les toilettes, des sacs dans les poubelles, une bouteille d'eau fraĂźche dans le frigo. A noter que le barbecue n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©. l'option mĂ©nage conseillĂ©e, 130€, nous a paru trĂšs chĂšre.

La maison de vacances idĂ©ale. Grande, bien equipee, spacieuse et lumineuse. Parfaite pour l'emplacement et les differentes activites sportives. Natation, vtt et course a pied personnellement. Sehr gerÀumiges Ferienhaus mit Top- Ausstattung

In diesem Ferienhaus findet man wirklich alles, was man braucht ... bis auf SchnapsglĂ€ser :-) Die Aufteilung ist sehr großzĂŒgig, sodaß sich auch 9 Personen locker verteilen ohne sich auf den FĂŒssen zu stehen. Garten, Grill, LiegestĂŒhle, WiFi, TV mit USB-Anschluss...alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht. Es waren wieder einmal 2 tolle Wochen, die leider viel zu schnell vorbei gingen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Verwalterin ist sehr nett und angenehm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
