A 10-minute drive from the beach and 3 minutes from the cycle paths.<br>This spacious and welcoming house can comfortably accommodate 6 to 7 people, in a warm and friendly setting for your getaways with family or friends. <br><br>It consists of two parts: a main house of 108 m2 with a large living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. <br>A small outbuilding of 20m² with a bedroom and its shower room, 1 toilet. Wifi is available throughout the house.<br><br>From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted by the rustic elegance of this home, whose traditional charm is enhanced by a touch of modernity. The house<br>opens to an expansive living room with plenty of natural light, where you can relax in comfort after a day of exploring. <br><br>The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, to be enjoyed with the family around the dining table.<br><br>The Clos des Agapanthes is also distinguished by its magnificent garden, a real jewel of greenery where tranquility and serenity reign. With its profusion of colorful flowers, the garden offers an enchanting setting for moments of relaxation in the open air.
