Lovely hotel in the French countryside. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Appreciated the balcony outside the room plus seated areas in the garden and patio with loungers for relaxing. Very tasty breakfast. Free onsite parking. Extremely helpful staff (apart from bar manager). Good onsite restaurant. Only 2km into town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Good base for exploring the general area and close to canoeing and train de la Rhune. Couple of negatives. When I book a double room I expect to get a double bed not two singles pushed together - that's a twin room. Shower had no soapdish / shelf so nowhere to put products.

For a property that states it has a restaurant. There was no food for dinner. Nothing around the area. We had to get a taxi to the next town, to get dinner. Bar closes at 9pm as well

Excellent service

There was a problem with the reservation but the owner fixed it courteously and efficiently. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

TrĂšs bon point pour la literie, notamment les coussins qui Ă©taient trĂšs confortable. Le petit dĂ©jeuner, Ă  11€ par personne, Ă©tait excellent, copieux avec plusieurs produits de la rĂ©gion. Vraiment top ! Cadre reposant et trĂšs calme, avec en prime 3 petites brebis juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Mais plutĂŽt déçu de la chambre. Pas de gel douche/shampoing. Cheveux sur le lit Le ventilateur cassĂ© ne tenant plus debout Douche ouverte sans raclette donc une douche suffit pour tremper toute la salle de bain et se prĂ©parer dans les pieds dans l’eau. Papier toilette sur le dessus des toilettes (alors qu’il y a l’emplacement prĂ©vu pour Ă  cĂŽtĂ©). Alors tout ça ne m’empĂȘche pas de profiter du sĂ©jour, mais vu le prix de la chambre, on s’attend Ă  ce que ces petits dĂ©tails n’existent pas. Comment est-ce possible qu’un hĂŽtel Ă  130€ la nuit ne met pas Ă  disposition du gel douche/ shampooing. Aussi, attention, ce n’était pas trĂšs clair (selon moi) mais le spa est en supplĂ©ment et plutĂŽt chĂšre.

Entorno precioso, verde, con ovejas en el prado debajo de la habitaciĂłn. El desayuno totalmente recomendable: yogur artesano, zumo natural, etc. Muy bien de precio tambiĂ©n. El personal muy atento. Pudimos hacer el check in antes de la hora prevista sin ningĂșn problema. En recepciĂłn hablan español. Íbamos una familia de 4 personas y nos alojaron en una habitaciĂłn para los 4.
