Located in Saint-Paul, this 230 m² holiday home welcomes up to 14 guests in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for video calls, a TV, a private workspace, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and heating in every room. The interior is all on one level. For families, three high chairs and three baby cots are available.
Outside, relax on your private terraces, both covered and open, with a barbecue and swimming pool. There’s also a shared garden with a playground featuring swings, slides, and trampolines. Toys and children’s books, a ping-pong table, and a bike storage room are shared. You can also enjoy fresh herbs from the garden and homemade jam during your stay.
Eight shared parking spaces on site and street parking are available. A shared electric vehicle charging station is at your disposal. Events with outside guests are allowed, and the reception hall can host up to 40 people. One pet is welcome, and smoking is permitted.
Yoga sessions and massages are offered, available for an extra fee. The house is 5 km from exit 10 of the A31, in a village of 130 residents at 360 m altitude, between Nancy and Langres. Please note the house may be cool in winter.
