A beautiful exhibition on the facade! The sun dazzles you? Unfold the electric awning and take a seat for a pleasant lunch outside. Garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal!

At about 800m from the Market and 1000m from the beach of Saint Palais, this beautiful house with a nice interior is composed of a large living room with a flat screen TV, an open kitchen equipped with a 3 burner gas hob + 1 electric hob, a hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer part ... A scullery with sink, a microwave, a mini-oven, a washing machine and a dryer.
Its night part includes three bedrooms with 1 bed in 140cm each and cupboard, a bathroom with shower and double basin, as well as an independent toilet with hand basin.

The little extra : a second bathroom with toilet in the garage.

You have at your disposal garden furniture and a barbecue...
