Gute Lage, schöne Terrasse vor dem Haus mit parking, gute Kühl/Gefrierkombination , nette Deko

Haus ist alt, mäßig renoviert aber nicht gepflegt. Es war das Geld nicht wert. Es riecht nach Schimmel, hintere Gartenküche besonders, Schimmel an dem Duschkopf, 3 Tage eingeweicht… Schwarze Gummidichtung an den Fenstern, Küche klebrig, Wasserhahn undicht und schmutzig. unter den Betten Schmutz und Spinnen. Beistelltisch dicke Staubschicht. Alles nicht gepflegt… voller Stechmücken von der hinteren Seite kein Fliegengitter ! Wäre gut zum lüften. Musste erst einmal saugen und putzen, da wir 2 Wochen gebucht hatten, leider. Es wurde auch keine kompensation angeboten, obwohl sie mich nach meiner Beschwerde Mail angerufen hat. Sehr freundlich allerdings. Wir auch. Hätte gleich sagen müssen dass das so nicht geht. Aber ab dem 2. Tag dann Asthma erkrankt, wohl durch den Staub und Schimmel. Waren immer unterwegs da Gegend sehr schön und sehenswert. Immer in Restaurants gegessen, da unerträglich im Haus. Im 1.Stock nur das Doppel Zimmer genutzt. Dusche schlimm eng und alt. Waschmaschine auch Einlass verdreckt und Trockner voller Flusen.

Maison décevante

Nous avons loué cette maison, avec un couple d'amis mais, mon mari et moi n'avons pu venir, suite à une fracture mes amis ont maintenu leur séjour, et cet avis est le leur: point fort : emplacement, terrasse devant et parking maisons propre et bien équipée points faibles :sanitaires vetustes coin salle à manger : sombre le gros inconvenient est de passer par la chambre et le fameux salon de lecture pour accéder aux toilettes du rez de chaussée escalier très raide pour accèder au 1er étage mais hôte accueillants

Maison très agréable

Une maison très bien située, avec une belle terrasse, des chambres plaisantes et climatisées et un équipement complet et fonctionnel. La proximité de la plage est idéale : on y est, à pied, en moins de cinq minutes. Malgré cela, un calme parfait.

Une maison très bien équipée et très agréable à 2 minutes à pieds de la belle plage de Nauzan. Idéale famille, plusieurs pièces pour s'isoler dont un petit salon extérieur à l'arrière de la maison pour être tranquille :) La literie est très bonne ce qui est fort appréciable pour les personnes sensibles du dos. Raphaël et Magalie sont très accueillants et nous ont rendu service ! Un immense merci à eux

Très bon séjour

La maison est conforme à l’annonce ; très agréable nous y avons passé de bonne vacances en famille. La maison est très bien équipée, les terrasses sont agréables. La maison est bien située, plage à 2 minutes à pieds avec restauration. Le marché de st Palais est à 10 min à pieds.

La jolie plage de Nauzan

Très agréable séjour au 7 rue des grillons. Maison fort agréable, bien agencée et fonctionnelle. Vaste terrasse joliment décorée. Seule (petite) réserve : la salle de bain à l’étage un peu exiguë (mais sans doute parfaite pour des enfants). Avec cette plage délicieuse à deux pas, que du bonheur !😎

Maison très bien située près de la plage

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison agréable vraiment bien située près de la plage de Nauzan. On peut se promener sur le sentier le long de la côte sans avoir à prendre la voiture.

Maison située à 2 pas de la plage de sable fin de Mauzan à la limite entre Vaux sur Mer et Saint Palais. Maison ancienne, mais rénovée avec tout le confort moderne (lave linge, lave vaisselle, internet, climatiseur d'appoint à l'étage...) et une magnifique terasse avant (et une petite terrasse arrière pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou faire une plancha). Idéal pour profiter de la plage et des balades dans les environs.

Une location très propre, très bien localisée, très bien équipée. une réception par Raphaël et Magalie le samedi au top . Il est agréable d avoir une visite des alentours avec les bonnes adresses. Un grand merci. Je conseille cette location qui nous emmène en vacances

Une maison très agréable, spacieuse, très propre, joliment décorée et bien équipée, en particulier pour les familles avec enfants. Trois vraies chambres, deux salles de douche, des équipements (plancha, machine à laver le linge, lave vaisselle, machine à café pour capsules), des jouets, un jardin clos. Les propriétaires vous confient les clés de leur résidence secondaire avec confiance, ils sont réactifs et disponibles. La situation de la maison est idéale, à deux pas de la plage qui est celle de l'école de voile de Saint-Palais, le quartier est très calme, à 15 mn à pieds de deux marchés (Vaux-sur-mer ou Saint-Palais-sur-Mer). Nous y reviendrons !

Es ist problemlos möglich mit Freunden oder Verwandten in dem Haus zu leben, da es zwei Badezimmer gibt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt sehr viel Spielzeug im Haus. Super für Kinder. Zu Fuß sind es es wenige Minuten bis zum schönen Strand von Nauzan. La maison est fort bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. Comme il y'a deux salles de bains, il est possible de se partager sans problèmes la maison avec des amis ou de la famille. La cuisine est bien équipé. Il y'a beaucoup de jeux et de jouets pour les enfants. La jolie plage de Nauzan est à quelques minutes à pied.

séjour très agréable

Nous étions 2 familles avec 3 enfants chacune à passer 1 semaine de vacances ! Ce fut un très agréable séjour. Maison très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup de couchage, tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants à 2 pas de la plage à pieds et du bus ! On y reviendra ! Nous recommandons vivement Cette location !
