Une adresse à retenir

Petit appartement refait à neuf comprenant toutes les commodités, situé à proximité immédiate de l’océan avec un accès privatif et un parking sécurisé. Entièrement clôturé pour accueillir un animal. Idéal pour deux personnes. Le bourg se trouve à 45 mn à pieds en longeant le chemin des douaniers et à 10mn en voiture. Un accueil personnalisé et sympathique du propriétaire des lieux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir en Mai pour éviter la cohue.

Maison bleue

J'ai adoré cette petite maison. Je l'ai surnommé ma maison de poupée, elle a tout d'une grande. Autrement la plage est à 200 m. Malheureusement le temps n'était pas avec nous (tempête pluies). Les visites à faire dans le secteur, pour moi déjà fait. Nous avons profité de ma famille aux alentours. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas, vous passerez un super moment 👍

Escapade à Saint Palais

Accueil très sympa de Joël qui est un hôte attentionné et disponible. La maisonnette est très agréable, propreté irréprochable, très bien équipée pour passer de belles vacances. Le jardin est très bien entretenu, entièrement clôturé et avec mobilier de jardin.

Nous sommes ravis de ces quelques jours passés dans une des maisons de M. NICLOUX... Conforme à nos attentes, cette location était parfaite : équipements, propreté, calme et à 2 pas de la Grande Côte, parking sécurisé pour la voiture, jardin individuel, sans vis à vis et clôturé. M. NICLOUX étant charmant et très à l'écoute de ses vacanciers, nous recommandons sans réserve cet établissement. Surtout ne pas se priver des "gourmandises matinales" proposées, elles permettent vraiment de commencer agréablement et copieusement la journée ! Nous y reviendrons dès les beaux jours, c'est certain…

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Joël est un hôte à l'écoute et très réactif. La location était très propre et bien équipée. A noter qu'Abritel indique qu'il s'agit d'une location avec 2 chambres alors qu'il n'y en a qu'une, avec un canapé-lit dans le séjour.

Maison bleue

Location réservée pour 4j/3nuits, du 20 au 23 octobre 2019. Le propriétaire est très agréable et à l’écoute. Petites attentions à l’intérieur de la location (4 rochers suchard, madeleines aux pépites de chocolat et petits bonbons, que nous avons beaucoup appréciés car gourmands, surtout nos enfants !!!!!). Location très bien située à côté de la plage, environ 150-200 m, clôturée, vraiment très jolie et agréable ! Petite fuite au niveau des toilettes, survenue un matin où nous avions laissé nos enfants (18 et 15ans)à la maison le temps d’une balade sur la plage. Ils ont contacté le propriétaire qui a été là de suite, a réparé de suite, et pris un rdv avec plombier dès le lendemain. Très réactif ! Noys avons passé un magnifique séjour que je recommande vivement ! Céline M

Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons...

Location très satisfaisante avec son petit jardin bien décoré à proximité des restaurants et de la plage accessible à pied. Merci au propriétaire pour les petits compléments à l'arrivée (confiture, café, thé, petits chocolats) et tous le nécessaire pour bien débuter les vacances. Notre petite chienne a apprécié aussi les promenades régulières le long des falaises avec cette vue magnifique. A refaire...

Un séjour agréable et au calme

Accueil chaleureux de la part du propriétaire. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme confort dans la petite maisonnette, suffisamment en retrait de la route pour être au calme, et pas trop loin non plus de la mer, de la plage et de la ville pour les commodités de tous les jours. Notre toutou (un bouvier bernois) se sentait comme chez lui et a apprécié la fraicheur du terrain. Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble, merci encore.
